On the 2 acres is an old lychee orchard, a yoga pad, fire pit, creek access, and our veggie garden. Up the road is the strawberry farm, banana farm, and access to the amazing Helen’s Ck waterhole. Pitch your tent under the yoga pad while you listen to the creek. Enjoy the fire pit while you watch the rapids flow by. Access the creek via 2 bush tracks. 1 will take you to the magnificent waterhole, the other to the rapids. Fairly flat but not completely level. The owner has some beautiful vegetables growing, these are available at an additional fee. The pumpkins are amazing! Guests must be full self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. Campfires are welcome in the fire pit provided. Pets are allowed on leash.

Undercliff is a 37000 acre cattle station. It's a big valley with mountains each side. There are big open creek flats that you can camp next to - 5 awesome creeks that all flow into the one murray creek which has crystal clear sand filtered water. Each of the permanent water holes are about 1km long and 50m wide or so and really deep with great fishing or boating. The mountains are great for 4x4 or bush walking to see the beautiful waterfalls during the wet season. For biosecurity reasons, campers will need to wash they set up upon entry and exit of the property.

The beach has good 4 wheel drive access and is very quiet with secluded private camp sites. Sites are nestled in amongst native coastal vegetation that runs into tropical rain forests. The Beach is classified as a Green zone under Qld law which means fishing is excluded along the beach. You can fish at the creek mouth to the north. There is also creek access through the property but no camping there. A small boat can be launched and retrieved. Self sufficient camping only. No toilets, showers, dump points or power provided at this time. Horse yards are available if you whish to bring your horse for rides along the beach, obviously all at your own risk. Well behaved, quiet dogs are allowed, and must be kept within the campsite unless your walking them. Be respectful of others. Areas are available for group Bookings Things to do here include, beach access (walks, drives), horse riding, bird watching, Fishing, Crabbing, A small wet land walk. Or just sit back and watch the beach change with the tide. What to bring and not bring, Insect repellent or be prepared to cover up when sandflies and midges are out. Pets are welcome - as long as they are well behaved and owners clean up after them. There is a central fire pit with seating and cooking plate and an undercover fireplace / dining room as well if there is any rain or bring your own fire pit and use at your site. The property is located in the Pioneer Valley just outside Mackay, Queensland. We are 2 kilometres from the breathtaking Finch Hatton Gorge in the Eungella National Park. Just 1 hour drive from Mackay and 2 hours from Airlie Beach and the drive here is beautiful too. Two or three nights is a good amount of time to be able to explore the area including Eungella National Park, Finch Hatton Gorge (Araluen Cascades & Wheel of Fire) while still having time to relax at the Bushcamp. Our property is roughly 1000 acres. Cane cutting season runs from June to November/December so you will see in those months how it runs. We do mixed cropping in between those months and also run approximately 100 head of cattle, give or take how the season is going and a feedlot for the cattle. Our fresh water creek runs through the property and will be able to be enjoyed at certain times of the year when full.

Conveniently located just a short drive off the Bruce Highway our sites are not designated, you choose your own on arrival While staying, you will have the opportunity to take a walk into the past to view a private collection of Australiana, including a working stationary, engine display and vintage kitchen with wood stoves. Access to the property is via a creek crossing so it is advisable to phone ahead if there has been recent rain or rainfall is forecast. Toilets are located on the property but campers will need their own shower facilities and take all waste with them on departure. Campfires are permitted but must be contained at all times in a fire pits that we also have for your use Calen is a small cane growing and cattle town with a general store, pharmacy, service station, butcher and the local pub. Zarby's cafe is a short drive away if you would like to dine in for breakfast or lunch in a retro style setting. Each site fee is for 2 adults and kids stay at no cost Pets are welcome.

Hold it Flats is a 120 acre property that borders the beautiful O'Connell River that has water all year round. Take a walk around the property to check out some of the creatures that have been built out of scrap metal and bush bars that have been built all around the property. There is nice shady trees, green grass and flat camping sites right beside the river with hot showers and flushing toilets. There is plenty of room and some great tracks for the kids and the big kids to ride their push bikes on. The swimming hole is about 2 meters deep and has big shady trees on the edge. There is also enough room for kids to bring their kayaks and have a paddle along the river. We have some hiking tracks up around the hills of our property that have amazing views of the area. All campsites can be provided with their own fire pit. You just pick your spot and we will bring a portable fire pit to you. Fire wood can be purchased at the property. All rubbish must be taken when you, there are no rubbish bins provided.
