Beautiful location, peaceful, private. The thought and effort that has gone into creating this camp is astounding, down to the smallest details. We were very happy and appreciative. Hipcamp can be hit and miss, as we have learned, but this one is all that it promises to be, and more. Very highly recommend.

Wonderful view from the campsite across the forest, beautifully secluded and surrounded by nature. Aromatic plants all over the campsite and property, and lots of wildlife drop in to say hello. Moderately hard walk to the rockpools, make sure you bring a backpack and water for the hike. Always ask for a Thai dinner while you’re there, you will regret it if you don’t!

We had an amazing relaxing time. A tent in the forest was just that with a lovely rustic kitchen and bathroom. We were enjoying Ploen’s authentic delicious Thai dinner when we were lucky enough to see fire flies. I recently stayed at the most incredible Hipcamp tent in the forest in Kin Kin, Queensland, and it was absolutely unforgettable! Nestled right in the heart of nature, this spot is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The camp kitchen, bathroom and tent were clean and thoughtfully furnished, making it feel cozy and welcoming while still offering an “off-the-grid” vibe. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including providing stubby coolers. I would strongly recommend having the delicious 2 course Thai dinner on the first night of your stay. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a unique, serene getaway in nature. It’s an ideal place for a quiet retreat, a romantic escape, or just some time to recharge. Can’t wait to return!
