We have over 100 different varieties of dragon fruit, with each one having different foliage characteristics and tastes, like watermelon, lime, coconut, lychee and more. Half of our 3.7 Acres is farm forestry that we are building a syntropic farm in. We are 5km from the beach, 4.5 km from the nearest supermarket and 13km from 1770 headland. 12km to the north we have Eurimbula National Park where you can explore middle creek and Eurimbula creek. 8km to the South we have Deep-Water National Park, where you can discover by 4wd some amazing uncrowded beaches. Close by we have Agnes Water main beach, Workman’s beach, Chinamans beach and Springs beach to explore. 1770 headland offers a short walk with an amazing view. Every second Sunday at the 1770 rotary park we have a local market which is a great place to pick up fresh fruit and veg. Agnes water and 1770 has that small town feel and slowed-down pace with lots of friendly locals making it a great place to explore, take a deep breath and relax. We do not provide power, water or toilet this is for off grid campers only.

Purchased in 1988 as a block of Bush, the majority of clearing was initially done with a small Massey Ferguson Te20 a long length of chain a shovel and chainsaw.Built originally with nothing more than the chainsaw, shovel, hammer and nails the log cabin that I still live in has undergone a few changes over the years but we have tried to keep it looking the same on the outside made mostly from large hardwood posts and paperbark slabs and half rounds for walls concrete floor with sunken lounge room. The hand built rock chimney is the feature piece of the front of the cabin so be sure to check it out and get a few pics.

Our acreage block has 2 campsites with plenty of shade and some nice sunny spots with lovely views over the paddock to enjoy the wildlife and the afternoon sunsets While camping with us you will have access to hot shower and toilet, laundry facilities, large veranda and pool. The campsites are 10amp power only and town water is available. This is the perfect spot to enjoy camping on a private property and only having to share with one other camper. Only 2-minute drive to the local shops, public toilets, sheltered BBQs and picnic tables Suitable for 4WD, SUVs, Utes and medium sized caravans. However, we ask you to be mindful of the particularities of your vehicle and in wet weather conditions be moved to a higher position. No dispose of rubbish, recycling, or compost on site. Guests need to take their waste with them when they go. We only allow two bookings at the time to offer privacy and for a better enjoyment of the space. Pets are allowed, but it’s important that guests understand that they must keep their pets in their control and ensure they’re reasonably quiet during quiet hours. Please be mindful of Neighbour's and respect quiet time from 10pm until 8am. From this block guests can also enjoy a short drive to other beach towns like Bargara, Elliot Heads and Woodgate Beach. Just get ready to have a great time and enjoy this fantastic spot.

Unfortunately "Gladstone regional Council" have closed ALL HIP CAMPS in Agnes Water! We are working towards a resolution. unfortunately this may take some time. until then we are regretfully closed. On our 4-acre property, expansive dams and a creek grace the landscape. The property is frequented by kangaroos and a variety of birds, creating a natural and vibrant atmosphere. Revel in the tranquility of the campsite, with the added bonus of spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Abundant large shady trees provide a pleasant setting only for self-contained caravans and RVs. (A Dump Point is conveniently located just 10 minutes away.) If you're in the mood for more activity, a short 4km drive takes you into town, offering beaches, shops, and restaurants. The town of 1770, a mere 10 minutes away, beckons with opportunities for fishing, boating, kayaking, and more. Keep in mind that campfires are permitted only when there is no fire ban in place and should be confined to designated fire pits, unless you have an off-ground portable fire pit.

Breathe at Rules Beach is a place to disconnect to reconnect. You will be met with views of the ocean from your camp site and looking over paddocks with amazing birdlife, kangaroos, echidnas and our beautiful cows. Breathe is a place to relax, reconnect and explore the area. Only 50 mins to Agnes Waters, 1770, Fishing spots on the famous Baffle creek is 10 mins down the road to the boat ramp and just a short 5 minute drive to the main Beach at Rules Beach where you can drive on the beach. Local wildlife also includes Turtles during nesting season! What Breathe doesn't have: - Power - Water - Dump Point - closest dump point is at Agnes Waters. YOU MUST BE SELF SUFFICIENT PLEASE ONLY CAMP IN HIGHLIGHTED YELLOW SECTION ON PHOTOS. FIRE BANS WILL BE CONFIRMED AT TIME OF BOOKING. We are in a remote area so please be aware that there are snakes that come out in the hotter months so be aware of where you are walking and keeping your tents and swags zipped up. Our cows are also inquisitive, they may come and say hello so please make sure that you don't leave rubbish out or random items left out in the open as they may want to have a taste! A Short Walk to the Beach

Come and enjoy a little bit of country at the beach, with 17klms of beautiful beachfront that will take you less than a few minute's walk to see the ocean. Our acreage block has 2 campsites with plenty of shade and some nice sunny spots with lovely views over the paddock to enjoy the wildlife and the afternoon sunsets While camping with us you will have access to hot shower and toilet, laundry facilities, large veranda and pool. The campsites are 10amp power only and town water is available. This is the perfect spot to enjoy camping on a private property and only having to share with one other camper. Only 2-minute drive to the local shops, public toilets, sheltered BBQs and picnic tables Suitable for 4WD, SUVs, Utes and medium sized caravans. However, we ask you to be mindful of the particularities of your vehicle and in wet weather conditions be moved to a higher position. No dispose of rubbish, recycling, or compost on site. Guests need to take their waste with them when they go. We only allow two bookings at the time to offer privacy and for a better enjoyment of the space. Pets are allowed, but it’s important that guests understand that they must keep their pets in their control and ensure they’re reasonably quiet during quiet hours. Please be mindful of Neighbour's and respect quiet time from 10pm until 8am. From this block guests can also enjoy a short drive to other beach towns like Bargara, Elliot Heads and Woodgate Beach. Just get ready to have a great time and enjoy this fantastic spot.

In a quiet and private bush block at the end of a cul-de-sac lies a levelled flat space situated across the road from the river at 1770. You'll be sitting amongst the Australian bush with a white sandy river only a hop, jump and skip away. Walking tracks that meander through a scenic reserve to a headland with beautiful bay and ocean views are at your doorstep. There's space for a camper / tent / small caravan and car and if the tinny or boat doesn't fit there's often designated car parking spaces available on the road. Our neighbours enjoy a peaceful and quiet space and we ask all our guests to help respectfully maintain this.

With 50 acres of natural vegetation at various stages of regeneration, we are located adjacent to 1000 hectares of crown land, ideal for bushwalking and outdoor activities. The camp is close to beach landscapes (3kms) , tidal saltwater creeks (4km), and estuaries, renowned for fishing, crabbing, and 4WD adventures. Situated near the sand track to Agnes Water, day trips are both fun and interesting. The maintained boat ramp (Flat Rock Picnic Area) is just 4 km away, providing a relaxing experience on the water. Access to Rules Beach is available during low tide only, offering opportunities for exploring rock pools and observing sea life. Travel north to the Broadwater or south to the mouth of Baffle Creek for a scenic drive. Rules Beach is a nesting ground for several species of sea turtles, which are threatened and protected. They nest on the beach from November to March each year. Please be mindful not to drive above the high tide mark, respecting the pristine landscape. Experience morning sunrise over the beach and sunset through the treetops. If you seek almost unspoiled nature, abundant birdlife, and the serenity nature offers, Rules Beach Rest is the perfect destination.
