These include beautiful beach's, walks, hikes, the Tweed Valley Rail Trail and Uki Mountain bike park all close by. Only 7 minute drive into Pottsville town which has an IGA, great cafes and restaurants, bottle shop and a few specially stores. 30min drive to either the Gold Coast or Byron Bay. Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all rubbish and waste with them on departure.

The knight Ranch is a small hobby farm with beautiful flat grassy fields, Established trees providing plenty of shade. Wildlife a plenty. With resident animals tawny frog mouth and ducks. The camp/caravan site is isolated out in the rear paddock. The most pristine area on the property. As soon as you arrive you will begin to relax. Easy access off wallace road and easy pull through to the back paddock. Open grassy field with established trees overlooking a small dam and bushland. The perfect place to set up, chuck a roast on and crack a cold one. Campfire locations a plenty so find the one the best suits your mood. Close proximity (driving) to the river for a spot of fishing, the bay for an early morning walk or explore with the kids and the local tavern for some adult time. A walk up Wallace road on an evening is quite nice if you are looking to stretch your legs. IMPORTANT: The Ranch is on the corner of beachmere and Wallace road. Access is off Wallace road. After you turn onto Wallace road it’s the first right at the yellow letterbox. Pull through and down to the left. Through the gate next to the container out into the back paddock. Please keep this gate shut. You can camp anywhere you like. Some areas are sandy and difficult to re-establish so please stick to the firm grass. If you have animals please clean up after them and dogs are to be on lead as we have wonderful bird life along with lizards and chickens on the property. The fire pit has bricks around it but you can have a contained fire anywhere there is already a burnt patch. You can help yourself to any kindling but it’s BYO firewood. Please do not chop logs or collect logs from the property.

PLEASE read the AMENITIES AND THINGS TO NOTE before you make a booking and view all provided photos. Just a scenic 10-minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes into the Valley, our location allows you to explore the wonders of Currumbin. Embark on a journey along the winding road to discover the breathtaking Cougal Cascades, meander through Springbrook National Park, or stumble upon hidden cafes along the way – all within easy reach. WILDLIFE SPOTTING Situated at 43m above sea level, our land boasts a rich abundance of native plants and wildlife. Marvel at the sight of gorgeous and rare parrots, swamp-faced and golden wallabies, koalas, bush-turkeys, possums, water dragons, and echidnas – a testament to our proud position within a vital conservation area. TO SEE AND DO Explore the winding Currumbin Valley and uncover its hidden gems. Take a trip to the beach, home to the renowned Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Nearby attractions include the Rock Pools, Elephant Rock, Balter Brewing Company, Freeman's Organic Farm, Superbee Honeyworld, Surf World Gold Coast, Sanctuary Markets (Friday night food trucks), and Currumbin Alley Surf School, to name just a few. Indulge in the abundance of delicious cafes just minutes down the road. AMENITIES AND THINGS TO NOTE Prior to booking, please review all site photos. This will help you to decide if our site is a right fit for your needs. The site has an 11% off-level terrain. Assistance aids for levelling your vehicle are available. While tents are welcome, please be aware that the ground is hard gravel and 11% off-level. Most suited to 4WD. Camp trailers, Vans, Camper vans, Roof pop tops, Off-road camp trailers, Expedition trailers, All-terrain vans. Arriving in daylight is highly recommended. If it has rained near the time of your booking, a 4WD is recommended especially if you are towing. Not suitable for caravans unless you are highly proficient in reversing your rig 60m uphill. Reversing and pulling into the site as noted in photos is the best way to utilise the site. Trust us, we know! If you lack confidence in doing so, kindly consider alternative options. The illustrated caravan in the photo is 5 meters. Campers must be fully self-contained with their own camping toilet. Please refrain from arriving and asking where the bathroom facilities are. Domestic power (not 3-phase) and cold town water are provided. Leashed small dogs are permitted; however, pet waste must be promptly removed. Campfires are allowed in the provided fire drum unless there is a local fire ban in place. Bring your own firewood for a cozy evening under the stars.
