Loved our stay - huge private sites, well maintained, mowed grass, private clean creek (April), fire pit, large clean solar shower, friendly owner and interesting hikes/walks in the area. This offers camping at its finest and has to be up there with some of the best sites we have ever visited.

Alex and Janita were amazing hosts. The sites are spacious, level and nicely mowed. Firepits are well placed. Good set up with toilets and hot shower. Short walk down to Myrtle Creek, where canoes and kayaks are available to use. About a 20min drive to Maryborough for top up supplies. Mary is a delightfully friendly dog who drops around to visit regularly. A really relaxing visit and best value!

We enjoyed our time in our caravan with the creek close by to go paddling in a Kayak. Close to nearby Maryborough if needing supplies. Janita was friendly and provided small necessities for us to enjoy our time there. Loved how it was dog friendly too.

My partner, her dog and I loved this little getaway. Jeremy met us at the front and guided us to our campsite, the ground was a bit muddy due to all the rain prior so a 4wd is definitely needed. Amanda was always a message away and quick! The property was beautiful, the dam was nice and the campsite was just far enough from the other campers to feel private. The cows roaming the paddock was wonderful to see! Thank you for your hospitality Amanda and Jeremy :)

Site 4 was very large with lush grass and fairly flat so not only is it good for the caravan and tents but also for the kids games. Close to the river and town but still far enough away from the main stream of campers and noise that larger campgrounds bring. Definitely recommend this to those who are self sufficient.

It was a lovely place!! We booked 2 campsites but they let us all squeeze into one!! We had 8 children with us and 7 of those children are on the spectrum, so we were loud and impatient and not a soul complained.. all the campsites are far enough away from eachother that you can spread out and enjoy your time without being underfoot.. the large dam was great fun for the kids all day (bring your kayaks and all swimming fun toys) the cows were a beautiful site saying hello and having the dogs off leash and running free with fires was just the perfect atmosphere!! We went for the long easter weekend and the kids loved the Easter activities set up for them!! Highly recommend anyone to give this place a ago and thankyou so much for welcoming us onto your property!! One easter our kids will never forget x

We arrived at camp and were met by the lovely host Amanda. She showed us to our camp site and we were lucky enough to secure a site close to the water due to a spot unexpectedly becoming available so she let us go there. Us and our dogs loved it. Great spot will definitely be back! Love that there was plenty of space between campers. Great to see the owners don’t over book the grounds.

Loved this camp ground, we pitched our tents under a tree next to the running creek. Really well maintained. The owner Jason dropped by to see how we were going and was happy to answer some questions about the bush walking to secret cave and the waterfalls. The fire pit area was perfect and Jason had placed the fire wood ready for us before we arrived. I was expecting to be closely packed in with other campers but when Jason told us that the spot we booked is just for us, I was shocked because it was a huge space along the creek with no one in sight. I highly recommend this spot.

We will certainly be back to this beautiful site. We were at Flynn's Rest which was shaded and very spacious. Our dog had a great time with Mary and we loved the little touches that made our visit so relaxing and made us feel so welcome. 100% recommend!

Buranga Farm is a small organic family-run farm on 60 acres in the Noosa hinterland only ten minutes from Peregian Beach. The property is largely flat with a hill on the Eastern side and a ridgeline at the very back of the property. Site one and two are located on the hillside looking west to Mount Cooroy and are best suited for couples. This camp is an easy seven minute drive from the Gympie Music Muster site. Get in early to set up camp at your choice of positions on a mostly flat paddock in the crook of huge private valley. 4WD is not totally necessary but may be advantageous in wet weather or to those wanting to get off the beaten track. With creek frontage, shade trees overhead and ranging hills behind, at this camp site you will be sure to catch sight of many birds, wallabies, and other wildlife. Bring your camera! There is a porta loo (and coming soon, a hot shower) on site, we will hire more if bookings are thick but if you are self contained that is awesome! We have a few fire pits and rings available. Exploring the area is a must. You have the creek right here and the forest, nearby are National Parks with marked trails, more creeks to swim in and wildlife to observe. Bunya Farm Produce is open on Saturday mornings for a taste of the best offerings around and Amamoor markets greet the steam train every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday morning. There are many farm-gate suppliers in the region for you try our fresh produce. Kybong has "Hell Town Hotrods" as you imagine, this place is an Alladin's Cave for those into anything vintage, retro, car or petrol.... complete with a workshop for custom hotrod rebuilds. There is a neat cafe and bar on site too. Gympie is close by with the Heritage Museum, featuring the history of gold mining and industries of the area. You can learn how to pan for gold there then come back and practice in the creek. Deep Creek Camping

Deep Creek Camping is a 4WD only campground situated on a quiet farm stay nestled amongst the trees close to the dam. Approximately 15mins north east of Gympie. The terrain is quite hilly and not suitable for large caravans. The dam is there for swimming in the warmer months. Feel free to bring your kayak or paddle board. We have livestock which roam the lands and a couple of dogs. We offer a pet friendly campstay. Definitely a place for relaxing! We have a firepit available at every site to enjoy during those cooler months, ask us about firewood. There is only one toilet available on the campground. During heavy wet weather conditions the campground may be closed. Please contact us before booking your site.
