Sites 2 & 3: Premium large sites with power (15amp to 10amp adaptor available). Gorgeous views and lots of grass.
Sites 4 & 5: Large general sites with great views and space.
Site 6: Premium bushland site – perfect for nature lovers.
Sites 7 & 8: Large premium non-powered sites with lush lawns and incredible views.

🚿 Stay Self-Contained: Portable showers and toilets are available, but we recommend bringing your own toilet paper.

The Scrub Campsite

Inglewood is a 130-acre property currently running beef cattle and sheep. The property has 15 acres of remnant stringy bark scrub which abuts the Heysen Trail.
This private campsite is contained within the scrub although campers have access to the whole property. There are 13 bespoke sites available. The owner has the right to assist campers when choosing their site. This is determined by factors such as type of accommodation, group size. access to toilet and communal areas, weather and privacy needs.
Specific sites cannot be reserved unless by prior arrangement with the owner.
The whole campsite can be hired exclusively for large groups - contact me direct for booking details and costs. A wood package can be purchased for $50 the communal fire circle.
We offer sites suitable for camper trailers, campervans, , rooftop tents, tents and swags and pop top vans (sorry, no large caravans).
During the non fire ban period all fires must be contained in the fire pits provided. Some firewood is supplied for you. Please bring firewood if you intend to have a campfire for an extended period or you may purchase wood for $15 for 20 kgs.
A communal camp kitchen, barbecue, rain water and tables available.
A composting toilet is available as is a solar and rocket shower system.
Colloquially known as God's Country the property is conveniently located
1hr 20 mins from Adelaide, 14 mins from Victor Harbor, and 20 mins from Pt Elliot, Middleton, Waitpinga and Parson's beach, Hindmarsh Falls and Normanville. Other nearby localities are Deep Creek National Park, Newland Conservation Park, Springmount National Park, Granite Island and the Kangaroo Island ferry. The popular Belicious Belgium Cafe is a 60 min walk or 5 minute drive from the campsite.
Walkers on the Heysen trail can access the campsite 100 metres away.
An erected walker's tent is available for booking. The tent is located away from the campsite in the middle of the scrub and has chairs, tables and a fire pit for walkers use.
Please note that the campsite has a no noise/music policy after 9pm

Piney Estate is a beautiful base camp from which to explore the Adelaide Hills, but you'll be just as inclined to relax on the property and enjoy peaceful country time. The location is ideal, being just 5mins from Nairne village (which has a great Foodland, butcher and bottle shop). Plus there are plenty of foodie and wine options to discover in the region.
We offer different options, some sites have water and power , and others are more remote, fully self-sufficient spots. Many sites have a campfire space (not available during the summer fire ban months).
Pets are welcome off-leash, so long as they remain under control and do not disturb the farm animals, keep them on leash if you aren't sure how they will behave around sheep and cattle. Also note we have a dog here, and 3 cats, and other guests may have pets, so make sure your dog is dog-friendly, or else keep them leashed at all times.

Bedroom one is a loft area accessible via a ladder and the second bedroom is a convertible sofa bed located in the elevated lounge area accessible via a pull out step.
The lounge room comes with a movie hub projector and pull down projector screen (which also acts as the blind). There is dimmable lighting throughout creating an ambient space with reverse cycle air conditioning, promising a very comfortable stay during both Winter and Summer.
The Kitchen provides ample space for cooking up a storm, including a Chef Oven, Smeg appliances (Smeg coffee machine, kettle and toaster) double gas cook tops, large kitchen sink and fridge/ freezer.
The bathroom boasts an extra large shower with a waterfall shower head and complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

You have a large glamping site area and private bathroom amenities to yourselves, and only share any access roads with other glampers. Outside there is a private parking area, the shower toilet amenities, a large wooden table, a park bench, a firepit (during the Winter months). There is also an additional rubbish bin for convenience.
Our glamping setup is for 2 adults only, perfect for romantic couple’s getaways, or two friends wanting to share some quality time together.
There is a flushing portable toilet with handwashing facilities and small mirror, and a large shower area with a 20 litre solar camp shower.
The homestead is approximately 500 metres away and screened from view by the flower paddocks for your privacy.

Guest Access
We would like our Glamping guests to truly enjoy the experience on the flower farm. The area around your tent, bathroom and car parking space has been prepared for you to enjoy.
The flower paddocks and other general paddocks are Private property and not accessible to guests. Please refrain from taking a stroll amongst the bushes and flowers as there are hazards such as irrigation lines, taps and not to mention the rabbit burrows and holes dotted around the property. You are on the property at entirely your own risk.
We also operate farm machinery across the other areas of the property as we are a working commercial flower farm.
Other details to note
Please note - please take care when walking around your glampsite as there are areas of uneven ground and rabbit holes! No manicured lawns or picket fences here!
No open fires (firepits) permitted from 01 October to 31 April.

Strictly Adults ONLY.
Bugs and other unwanted guests! As our tents are in the heart of the flower paddocks and vineyards you will likely find some harmless insects sneaking into the tents from the vines; the main culprit is the tiny Portuguese millipede.
While we thoroughly clean before/after each guest, we want you to know that you're likely to see them during your stay.
These are totally harmless insects and can either be left alone (and they'll leave you alone) or you can use the insect spray we provide/pick them up in a tissue, or the dustpan and brush, and drop them in the waste bin, or outside.
This is a normal part of life for anyone living on property in McLaren Vale with lots of open indoor/outdoor space. We hope you'll appreciate it as part of an authentic, real experience!
To eliminate anything getting into the tent we strongly advise to keep all doors zipped up.
We live in the homestead on property (but out of sight!), and far enough away to ensure your privacy. Our property IS NOT the one as you enter the property at the top of the track.
