This is a very large area in an open paddock with good access for caravans and large vehicles. You may well be the only people here though there’s is room for 10 vans. There is a view of the Broken Creek which is close to the property & easily accessible by a short walk. We’re are a 10 minute drive to Waaia with an excellent pub and the small town of Nathalia which has a supermarket, hotels, fuel, post office, bakery, gift & clothing stores & other businesses. Whilst there are other facilities on the property, this option is for guests who are self-contained only. Dogs on leash welcome. A lovely almost 1-acre block. Some clear spaces. Lots of shade too. Bordering with a public reserve with public toilets, (You have your own on site Loo) you have town water and lots of private space. Plenty of parking. Private gate entry to the river reserve. An enclosed cabin with a queen bed with hot water and shower is available. BBQ and private outdoor bath for relaxing in. Solar power to recharge your phone as well as a generator for ancillaries like hair dryers etc. All only 50 meters from the Loddon River and boat and canoe ramp. Very comfy queen bed. So bring a caravan or tent or use the cabin. Up to you! You need to bring your own petrol for Generator, Toilet Paper, Linen or sleeping bag and firewood. 10 Mins from Newbridge (Pub with great Meals and general Store) and 15 mins from Dunolly and historic Maldon for fuel with main amenities (Bank, Supermarket, Pub and Chemist etc etc). Why camp with everyone else, when you can have this space to yourself with your cars, caravans and some of the creature comforts of home.

There are three under cover areas for group camping use :- an outdoor kitchen area with sink, bench space and a full size fridge/freezer, an enclosed pen with an extra BBQ, There is a large covered area with a 100" pull down projector screen (bring your own projector for movie nights and fun). A full set of lawn games is also available. The Shack is a two night minimum stay and sleeps two. Extra guests are welcome in a tents/vans outside at an extra cost per person. The Shack has one bedroom with linen available as an extra, a small open plan kitchen with fridge, kettle and mini cooker. The living room features a little combustion woodfire heater. Camping enthusiasts can enjoy a level, grassy site with spectacular views across the Tarra River to the forest, or behind you across the paddocks. We are only 3 kms away from the Tarra Bulga National Park and 10 kms from the historic town of Yarram if you need any supplies. Woodside Beach, Welshpool and Port Albert are within easy reach too.

Hilltop Hideaway is situated 210kms from Melbourne in Seaton - Gippsland, Victoria. Just 10 minutes drive to the township of Heyfield and Lake Glenmaggie. This unique property is located on 150 acres of rolling hills bordering the State Forest. It has amazing views of the Great Dividing Range, as well as local towns, farmlands and Lake Glenmaggie. Our 10 square metre, 1 bedroom cabin sleeps up to 4 with 1 queen bed and 1 double futon in living area (bedding included). It has a fully equipped kitchen, open lounge dining area, bathroom, wood fire and is solar powered. We can accommodate up to an additional 16 people ($20 pp/pn) camping beside the cabin, with there own tent, caravan, swag, cutley etc. The property has an abundance of wildlife including Sambar deer, Kangaroos, Wallabies and Birds, which can all be seen by walking/hiking the property. Relax and unwind taking in the breathtaking views while sitting around the open campfire. You also have phone reception. A little slice of heaven ! 11 Acres nestled in a valley in the beautiful Castlemaine goldfields. The property has a main house ,shed ,cottage, Glamping tent site and a dam, and is completely off the grid. Also very close to the popular Expedition pass reservoir and only a few minutes drive to Chewton and Castlemaine. Come and experience the beautiful sunset, Wildlife and tranquility. The cottage itself is furnished and has a cosy open fire place and barrel heater, a small kitchen with basic kitchenware, hot and cold water gas cooking and solar and gas lighting. There is a separate bedroom at the back with a Queen bed and a king single bed. Please note bedding is not provided so please bring a warm sleeping bags or bedding and pillows. There is a adjoining bathroom (accessible from outside) with toilet, vanity and HOT shower. (BYO towels). Please note the bathroom may be shared with my Glamping site guests. (just one other site) The cabin sleeps 3 and you can also bring a tent as well.. Please note this is rustic accommodation and the cabin doesn’t have 240v power only 12v LED lighting and an esky is also provided. Located just 5 mins to local reservoir which is a great place to swim, fish or paddle. Also the popular Red Hill Pub and gold prospecting areas are just up the road and only 10 minutes to historic Castlemaine. Firewood available $30per barrow load. Please message me though the site. Just 1.5 hours drive from Melbourne, 1 hour from Ballarat and 40 minutes from Bendigo.
