    17 acres, with 2 cleared, only 3 kms as the crow flies, from the coast. You can hear the surf in the evening. The property is the bush refuge corner of a larger grazing property. Whilst sheep and cattle graze on one side of the fence, the wildlife grazing on "our" side includes echidnas, wombats, wallabies, possums, koalas, and is home to more than 30 species of birds identified so far. Tarwin Lower EcoStudio is not far out of town and the Tarwin River (4 kms), for boating, paddling and fishing. Slightly further afield is Andersen Inlet (great fishing, paddling, paddle boarding, boating, and shallow waters for very young children), Venus Bay Surf beaches, and Walkerville South bay beach (with boat ramp). Waratah Bay and Wilsons Promontory less than an hour's drive away. And that's just the water sports. The Great Southern Rail Trail is just up the road, at Koonwarra or Leongatha, and has a range of rides with varying degrees of challenge. The Eco Studio itself is completely off grid, built from reclaimed and recycled materials, as part of our commitment to living lightly. There is an outdoor kitchen, and composting toilet, and our home garden (we live on the property too) is often abundant and the fresh organic produce is for sale for our visitors. This totally separate wilderness camping paddock sits within our organic permaculture farm property where we grow fruits, veggies, nuts and flowers.  Set up camp in the shade on a gently sloping 2 acre paddock all to yourself - that's right - we are offering only one site listing (for you and up to 23 guests) situated about 1 km from the main farm house and completely surrounded by forest.  A genuine wilderness experience with forest (tree) bathing, spring fed creeks and total peace for you and your group very close to Melbourne. You can hopefully spot our resident platypus and kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, wombats etc. There’s also abundant bird life including lyre birds and eagles. Explore all the Yarra Ranges has to offer including a short walk to Shiprock Falls. Grab a coffee or pizza in nearby Gembrook and checkout some farm produce from your hosts before you leave. We have added a composting toilet, a drinking water tank and a bush pole shelter with cold water kitchen sink, phone charger ports, lights and hot water to a private shower and a picnic table with seats under cover.  We have an adjacent fire pit area with tree log seating.  You can order firewood from us too and a Coleman gas cooker with gas bottle (see extras). Most of the materials are repurposed from another property or scavenged from our forest. We hope to see you soon.

    Manifest Retreats is a glamping experience perfect for a couples getaway or girls retreat. All accommodation provided is in restored vintage caravans that are such vibe, perfect for snapping some great insta memories. The caravans are hidden within a 216-acre parcel of land completely covered in mature beautiful trees. The caravans are close to each other, so if there are other families or couples using the space you will be quite close. For an additional fee, you can hire the entire 216 acres for complete privacy and seclusion. All vans have use of a communal campfire and outdoor kitchen. His and her bathrooms are currently being built so a port-a-potty is set up available for use. There are 5 vans on site with a maximum of 3 adults per van. Whilst it may feel remote and hidden, you are only a 10 minute drive to the town of Yarram. If you do need some essentials or another bottle of wine, shops are only a short drive away. If you're after a change of scenery, Tarra Bulga National Park is only 20 minutes by car. Known for their Mountain Ash trees, beautiful fern gullies and ancient myrtle beeches, it has some of the best examples of original cool temperate rainforests of the Strzelecki Ranges. If you've always wanted to swim in a waterfall then Minnehaha Falls at Hiawatha is for you. Only 15 minutes by car, the rocky waterfall with it's very own swimming hole will surprise and delight. There is a constant flow of water gushing down the near vertical rock face, into the pool below.

Valencia 343 is a Barn style Shed that caters for group Camping option, which is fantastic for larger group camping holidays. Our beautiful big barn includes an inside wood fire, kitchen sink, toilet, shower, fridge, Bbq, couches, tables and chairs, an outside fire pit. There is plenty of space in the land surrounding the shed for caravans, tents, and everything in between. This area is bookable to one group at a time with a minimum of 10 adults, so it's all yours exclusively. 2-night minimum stay. Children under 2yrs stay free. No need to add them to your booking numbers, but please still let us know they are coming so we are aware. We are not far from the Blue Pools, a loved local waterhole, The Quarries near Briagolong - makes for a lovely day trip! we have some local wineries, Maffco Brewery Taphouse in maffra. The property is near to beautiful bushland, speckled with walking and horse riding tracks, and you'll enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets from camp. So plenty to do!     Tiny Castle is a custom built tiny house that overlooks farmland, bushland and the glorious Stzelecki Ranges including Mount Worth. With a large covered deck connected to the front of the tiny house, you don't have to go anywhere to witness Wedge-tailed Eagles, Black Cockatoos, King Parrots, Rosellas and Kookaburra to name a few. Or wombats scurrying into their warren in the embankment just below the tiny house. Or the wallabies that hang out in the front paddock. If you're a fit walker, you can hike up to the back of the property that borders an old pine plantation now full of regrowth where herds of deer call it home. At the right time of day, you're likely to see all kinds of water fowl in the damns around the property. And if you're lucky, our 3 alpaca will let you photograph them as they stare you down, but no cuddles for these guys -- they're there to keep the foxes away. Night time is magical. With no light pollution, it's a stargazers paradise and on a still evening you'll hear boobooks, possums and frogs. The popular tourist village of Yarragon is 16km down a winding unsealed road one way, while the larger town of Mirboo North is about the same distance going the other way. Mount Worth State Park is 13km from our property and Lyrebird Forest Walk Regional Park is 26km just outside Mirboo North. While there's a lot to do around these parts, my guess is you won't want to leave the property.

There are different campsite locations on the property, depending on if you would like isolation or convenience. We also offer excellent toilet and bathroom facilities which are now included with all bookings. Iron Brook Donkey Farm is located on rolling hills of mountain pasture, backing on to the Yarra State Forest. We also allow campfires only when fire restrictions aren't in place - which is often all summer. Children under 3 are free, but for insurance purposes, please mention them in the comments. Day visitors are $20 per person, which incudes a donkey patting session. This property has an overall capacity to ensure that our number of visitors remain low. This not only ensures that campers recieve the space and peace they look for in a campsite like this, but also so that we can ensure the bathrooms can be kept clean and not overloaded. This is also a part of our COVID safe plan. Due to this overall capacity it is important that you book for the number of people that you intend to have stay, as while we try to accomodate increases to booking numbers, they are not guaranteed unless booked.     Camp in a semi-sheltered paddock on our 25 acre family farm "Ennsivale", on the outskirts of Sandy Point. You'll be on the doorstep of the most beautiful beaches, fishing, vibrant local towns and Wilson’s Prom. Wake up to birdsong, go to sleep to the sound of the waves, and spot a koala if you’re lucky. With a flush toilet, a cold shower, a fridge, a power point for charging devices, and access to a drinking water tap, you’ll be very comfortable as you explore the local area. We love it here and we know you will too. You'll have the paddock to yourself but you'll be close enough to the action to see the comings and goings of our multigenerational family who live here as we potter around the farm, veggie garden and orchard. Say hi! Say g'day to the curious chooks and friendly dogs and enjoy the top-notch "equine views" from your site with three lovely horses in the next paddock. Sandy Point beaches and General Store 2 mins drive (1km) Shallow Inlet Marine and Coastal Park 5 mins drive Waratah Bay town / beach 10 mins Fish Creek 15 mins (cafes, galleries, pharmacy, general store, pub) Foster 20 mins (stock up at local IGA and Aherns fruit market; pub and take-away outlets) Walkerville North beach 20 mins Wilsons Prom 25 mins to gate and 50 mins to Tidal River Fires generally not permitted until end April - other times byo firewood and please check local fire restrictions first. We only allow one group to book at once so the site’s all yours - site is suitable for one or two travellers or a larger group. The camp site has a large flat area and can accommodate most vehicles. The ground surface is level, but grass is a bit rough and expect some sticks and twigs and holes around. Horses sometimes graze the paddock and poo is picked up but if you're lucky you might find some remnants! No wild party groups, please! We want you to have a fantastic time but please respect the peaceful surrounds, our neighbours and us (your site is a hundred metres from our home, on the other side of an orchard, and we have small children), so please keep the noise down after 10pm. Sorry but no pets, as we have stock, horses and our own dogs and they may not mix well.

    While The Love Shack is a private cabin, perfect for intimate getaways for couples we also offer larger group bookings for extended family / and or friend groups with the need for a normal bedroom/bathroom option. The camping area around the cabin is suitable for tents/vans and can easiliy accommodate larger groups. There are three under cover areas for group camping use :- an outdoor kitchen area with sink, bench space and a full size fridge/freezer, an enclosed pen with an extra BBQ, There is a large covered area with a 100" pull down projector screen (bring your own projector for movie nights and fun). A full set of lawn games is also available. The Shack is a two night minimum stay and sleeps two. Extra guests are welcome in a tents/vans outside at an extra cost per person. The Shack has one bedroom with linen available as an extra, a small open plan kitchen with fridge, kettle and mini cooker. The living room features a little combustion woodfire heater. Camping enthusiasts can enjoy a level, grassy site with spectacular views across the Tarra River to the forest, or behind you across the paddocks. We are only 3 kms away from the Tarra Bulga National Park and 10 kms from the historic town of Yarram if you need any supplies. Woodside Beach, Welshpool and Port Albert are within easy reach too.
