FULLY SELF-CONTAINED TRAVELLERS. there will be no water or power on the property to be used. No toilets available. So please make sure you have your own. Pets aloud as long as kept on lead we do have one dog he is a big Great Dane x mastiff very friendly and loving boy he is not fixed. But gets along well with other dogs. And loves humans. We love our animals we have 3 horses and a pony on the property we love waking up to the sounds of the birds chirping and the sunrise through the trees. Local amenities in Baldivis/rockingham 5 minute drive to Baldivis shops 15 min drive to the beach and Rockingham city.

Once logged for its timber in the 1960's by Wundowie Steel Foundry for it's steel mills and furnaces, there are still many tall/older trees as well as regrowth. We often have Kangaroos, Wallabies, occasional Echidnas, Goannas, Lizards and many species of Birds. All live in the wild and there is no guarantee that we will see them We grow wildflowers such as Proteas, Leucadendron , Leucospermum (pincushions),Banksias , Eucalypt - Silver Dollar, and Cut Flowers - Osteospermum, Zinnia and Gladioli, Kangaroo Paw and Bromeliads. We also have our native species - Grass Trees, Zamia Palm and Golden Wattle . We also have fruit trees, chooks and a vegetable garden. BUSH STAY ACCOMMODATION is available and we have Two cabins. The Music Room Cabin for two people, and the Olivia Cabin which will accommodate up to four people. Both have TV,DVD, aircon, fridge, toaster, kettle and cutlery, plates etc. We also have a large comfortable Tent to accommodate up to four people. Set up for the real bush experience. TV, DVD ,table and chairs .Beds and mattresses,sheets ,blankets, pillows, and doonas can be provided. You may bring your own tent,but only up to a mid sized four man tent.This is not an RV site. Hear all the sounds of the bush at night! Check out the stars planets and the moon. The sky is so clear out here. Caravans/Camper trailers are also welcome. One Powered site available. A toilet, shower and Barbeque facilities are available and our Fire Pit is ok to use in Winter and share some toasted Marshmallows. Local attractions include: Toodyay Emu Park, Archery Park, Avon Valley National Park and the Avon River, Paruna and Karakamia Wildlife Sanctuaries, Toodyay Townsite - Connors Mill,The Old Gaol and many other historical sites ,shops and restaurants. You can also visit the Swan Valley where there are many wineries ,pubs and restaurants.
