Community boat ramp close by. 50 AMP Power, Water, Sewer, and high speed internet. Seasonal water at dock. The water will gradually decrease between October and the first of the new year. Fishing will be available at dock as well as kayaking/non-motorized boats during this time. Still beautiful views and fun to be had! Contact for a discounted monthly rate. We do own the lot to the immediate right of this rental lot. It is not a rental and no one will be using while you are there. Our lots are in the flood zone. If your reservations has to be cancelled due to a pending flood, you will receive a full refund.
