Tri-Sports Farm is a continuous 110 acres of pure bliss. The center piece of the farm is a 4 acre professionally managed trophy bass lake. A county gravel/dirt road system meanders through the Property and allows for miles of biking/walking trails unencumbered by much traffic. The property also has an internal road system for hiking and biking activities.Pitch a tent or whatever camper you have that isn’t reliant on power, sewage or water. Build a fire and enjoy a view of the lake. Numerous views abound. Enjoy hiking on a 110 acres of pure isolated bliss. The county road that splits the property is extremely low use maybe 2-3 cars max on any given day so you can ride many undisturbed miles on a gravel or Mtn bike. Trophy Lake fishing is available at an additional rate of $50 per day per person. You are allowed to keep fish to eat if you wish. The lake is spring fed with a continuous 7/24/365 supply of fresh water. No stagnant water!
