    RV space with full electric, water, sewer hookup on a shared property with access to coin op laundry room. Set in a quiet country setting with lots of wildlife. Property has a tiny cabin, home and barn that are both rented and used. Site has room for picnic table, fire pit and neighborhood is great for walking, biking, etc.Quiet country setting. Highly recommend arriving during daylight hours for the ease of finding property and setting up. Campsite is a dirt lot. Full 30/50 amp power with water and sewer connections. Wifi on site. Access to coin operated w/d in unfinished laundry room off of house. More specific entry instructions will be sent to you by the morning of arrival. Please be advised: *Host may not be available for assistance if arrival is between 9:00 PM EST through 9:00 AM EST. *Property is a shared meaning there is a tiny cabin, a home and barn that is used. Do not block access to these units. *No animals unless pre-approved by owner. *All campers/vehicles must be current on registration and insurance. *If power is lost then DO NOT use water as camp site is on a well. *Do not rinse grease or flush anything in toilet except for biodegradable toilet paper. Guest may be held responsible cost, repair, etc. if they cause blockage. *No parties/events or other guests that are not included under the reservation. *Guest is required to bring everything to hook up water, sewer, electric etc. Guest may not use items located on property to do this. *Quiet time is between 9:00 PM EST to 9:00 AM EST. Guest may be asked to leave with no refund if not respectful of this, other guests, property etc. *While we welcome children, they are not able to play/use other parts of the property except for the area right around the guest's camper. This is for their safety as well as that of the other guest's property, etc. The hanging swing from tree (weight restriction of no more than 150 lbs) may not be used as a play item. *Smoking/vaping is restricted to your immediate area of your camper. Please depose of these items responsibly and not on the ground, etc. Recreational drugs are prohibited. *At time of check out all campers/vehicles, etc. must be removed from the property. We are not able to accommodate parking, etc. after check out. *Ensure campsite is picked up and in good order before leaving.

    The site is very private and close to City of Green cove springs. Full hookups are always a plus. Make sure you have a longer sewer hose. Ours is only 15’ and we had to pull in close to the hookups. The host was not there, but very responsive to my texts.

    Full hookups are a big benefit. Nice amount of room to maneuver. Very quiet.
