Private campsite located in rural Lovell Maine. Set up your tent in the soft pine forest or in the wildflower fields. A large picnic table, fire pit and outhouse can accommodate 2-6 campers. The beautiful Lovell Town Beach is a 3 minute walk from the campsite. Two canoes and a paddle board are available to borrow near the boat launch. If you are hungry or want to rent a boat, the Kezar Lake Marina and Loon's nest restaurant are just across the street. Overnight parking available for boat trailers if needed. This site is a flat grassy space just off the upper end of Town Beach Rd just past Kezar Lake Marina. Pass through the bamboo gate to enter the clearing. The site includes a beautiful wooded pine grove to pitch a few tents in. Campers have access to their own private outhouse and hose for potable water. There is a large picnic table, fire pit, Adirondack chairs and other seating. Walk the mowed path a little further down to where 2 canoes are kept for your enjoyment. Lovell's Town beach and boat launch are 3 minute walk away.

We had a wonderful time on Lara’s land! The fire pit, fire wood, tea lights, chairs and lots of ideal places to set up a tent - as well as the adorable and tidy outhouse - all contributed to a great stay. We will definitely be back, and next will take advantage of the canoes Lara generously lets guests use.

Tent
We had a lovely time camping here. Everything was as advertised. The bamboo gate provides additional privacy from the road. We took a canoe out on the lake and landed on a beach for lunch. It's a great tenting spot that captures some of the feeling of a remote camping site with the convenience of being able to drive to a grocery store or check out local attractions (North Conway, the Kancamagus) Also: Cleanest outhouse I've ever seen.
