Veteran Owned Campground. The five campsites are overlooking the Medunkeunk Stream. There is an Outhouse that is considered Glamping outhouse of Chester, fire ring and 2 shared picnic tables. This Campground is also part of the Penobscot River Paddling Trail. There is plenty to do in the area or nothing to do if you so please.This is a Veteran owned and operated Campground. We have 3 campsites which are situated overlooking the Medunkeunk Stream. A short walk down the trail to the water gives you access to the Medunkeunk Stream for Fishing, Kayaking, Canoeing to the Penobscot River. -Large outhouse big enough to change in. -Showers are also available 6pm-9pm. MT Katahdin and Baxter State Park and Acadia National Park are within driving distance. Military museum is 9 miles away. There is plenty to do in the area from Golfing Fishing the many lakes Site seeking and ATV trails as well. You can pull a vehicle to the campground, unload then take it to the parking area.

Firewood provided, firepit, communal. fire pit may be shut down if HIGH fire risk is posted by the state. If a Sign is posted do not use the fire pit or any other means of open fire will be allowed.

Mike's land was easy to find and a perfect place to camp. Mike was available for questions and was very responsive. There was intentional effort put into the campsites. We would recommend this for your next adventure! - Danny and Maddy
