Our walk in tent sites tucked amongst the trees on the ridgeline just above Lake Superior have been carefully honed to blend with the natural landscape and maintain the harmony of the forest, allowing for a grounded nature immersion experience. Each tält has been carefully curated to give our guests the space and ease to make the most of their time on the scenic North Shore. Arrive, settle in, and acclimate yourself to the soothing rhythm of the forest.Our Kung tälts are the perfect place to unwind and acclimate yourself to the rhythm of the forest. These fully equipped glamping tents sleep two adult humans and a toddler (adult human required), and your four legged canine friends (adult human also required). Each tent is heated by a propane fireplace. Our bath house hosts 4 modern bathrooms and showers that are available 24 hours each day. We provide hairdryers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our camp store has ice, firewood, groceries, outdoor gear...and our lending library of games and books. Wi-Fi is not available at our tents (but you can charge your devices). Wi-Fi is available for guest use at our Base Lodge. Here are ALL the things we have here to help you get your glamp on! + 3 Bare Bones rechargeable lanterns. (these are so great you'll want to get one of your own in our camp store). + 2 flashlights + Solar powered Jackery power station. + Breeo X Series fire pit and and grilling tools. + 1 complimentary bundle of firewood per stay. + 5 gallon beverage dispenser. + Flatware, serving utensils, steak knives, paring knife, chef knife, veggie peeler and scissors. + Enamel dishware + Cookware + Corkscrew, bottle opener, can opener, colander, french press, and water kettle + Dish tub, drying rack, dish soap, scrubber, paper towels, and tin foil + Bedding and Pillows 24 hour access to Base Lodge restroom and showers -Hairdryers -Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash -Towels Borrow books and games from our camp store! And... Access to the pool, hot tub, sauna, and lakeshore at next door Cove Point Lodge on Lake Superior.

Campfires allowed
Firepit. We provide one complimentary bundle of firewood per stay. Additional firewood is available for purchase.
Toilet available
Flush toilet. There are 5 modern restrooms located within our Base Lodge that are a 1 to 3 minute walk from our Lower King sites.
Pets allowed
On leash. Dogs are welcome!
Potable water available
Tap, bottled water or jugs. We provide 2 bottles of water at check in, and have a water filling station for water bottles and large water dispensers in our Base Lodge.
Showers available
Hot water . We have 5 modern showers in our Base Lodge.
Bins available
Trash bin. Each site has a bear resistant trash can, and there is a wastebasket in side each tent.
Picnic table present
Each site has a picnic table, campfire with chairs, and a bear-resistant food locker.
Wifi available
There is Wifi available in our Base Lodge, but not at our sites.
Hot Tub present
Guests may use the pool, hot tub, and indoor sauna at our sister resort, Cove Point Lodge, across the highway, overlooking Lake Superior.
Cooking equipment absent
Our Breeo Campfires have a grilling rack, kettle hook, and a sear plate. We also supply a 2 burner camp stove. Guests supply their own propane for the camp stove.
Laundry absent
No playground
There is a playground 1/2 mile away that can be reached via a paved bike path.
