Kathy was incredibly accommodating and kind. We came into town for the eclipse and had a perfect open space for viewing. She even brought Moon Pies for everyone and joined us for totality. Her property is close to town but far enough out for privacy. It's rustic, so no public bathroom or shower but it wasn't a problem at all. Overall we had a wonderful experience. Thank you Kathy and Dana!

Kathy was a great host. Responsive, accommodating, offered more amenities then was listed. We had our son and Kathy took him for a little horse ride. Great place to stay.
