This beautiful waterfront lot is located on the popular Richibucto River in upper-Rexton. It is a large open lot with 3 acres of cleared land and 300ft of water frontage and also 3 acres of wooded area. A few minutes drive fromIt’s a perfect place for a quiet camping get away to relax and recharge.Welcome to this ‘au-naturel’ open riverside lot. You’re at the end of airfield lane where you have quiet, scenic and relaxing vibes. To get here you have drove passed a small hangar and a former grass airfield. Hence the name of street.
This former farmland is an unserviced lot. There is no electricity, toiletries, wifi or running water.
Though ‘off-grid’ you have 300 feet of water frontage and you’re on a small branch of the Richibucto River, a popular boating and fishing destination. You’re surrounded by water, forest and nature. At night you’ll hear the crickets, birds and possibly trout jumping in the water.
Feel free to bring your kayak, paddle board or canoe. If boating or fishing is you’re thing, there are launch pads minutes away and great fishing on the river and at the mouth of the river.
You will have one neighbour. They are quiet and love to spend time in their beautiful garden. Respecting the area and their privacy is critical to your stay.
Grocery, great coffee local diners are a 5 minute drive away. Beautiful beaches are only 15-20 minute drives away. We recommend Cap-Lumière and Kelly’s Beach. You can check out the stunning Kouchibouguac National park, where you can experience star gazing, beautiful cycling trails, bird watching and of course the beautiful Kelly’s Beach (one of our favourite in NB).
Or explore the nearby villages of Rexton and Richibucto. Learn about the shipbuilding history of Rexton or take a walk on the Harbour or the seaside boardwalk in Richibucto.
This is a great place to disconnect from everyday life. To enjoy the grounding off-grid experience that the lot has to offer. And the relaxing pace that this area has to offer.

Merci encore JS !

There is waterfront and a huge field of cut grass to run your dog. Very private and quiet. Bush borders property.
