At the heart of our site stands a distillery where visitors can book a tasting of whisky and rum and purchase these spirits. The full bar facilities cater to those seeking a relaxed evening or a more lively gathering. Practical amenities like clean toilets and a hot shower ensure comfort for campers of all preferences, whether they're pitching tents or parking RVs on a level ground that suits various camping styles. Explore our nearby Providore store showcasing an array of locally crafted delights, from artisanal cheeses and handcrafted condiments to a diverse selection of handmade products. Whether you're here for nature or the spirits, our property promises an enjoyable stay amidst New South Wales' beautiful countryside.We offer several unpowered camping sites, in a wide open area, with level ground, perfectly tailored to accommodate various camping styles. The camping area is a short walk from the toilets and shower. A lot of bird activity in the trees around the perimeter, to accompany your mornings and afternoons. If you're lucky, you may catch sight of a kangaroo and joey too.

    Camping at Black Gate Distillery was such a great experience! It’s the perfect spot to take a break if you’re riding the Central West Cycle Trail. The campsite is spacious and peaceful, and the hosts are super friendly. Definitely worth stopping here to recharge and enjoy the beautiful countryside!

    Great spot, plenty of flat sites, clean amenities with bonus cute frogs. :) Quiet when I was there but looks like it would be great fun when the bbq and whisky cellar are open too. Would stay again.

    Absolutely lovely spot - excellent shower and toilets. The hosts are lovely and we did the tasting which was super informative and well worth the money.

    A warm welcome on a cold day . Good toilet and shower which were not really expected . I would recommend for a group or family but perhaps not for single woman as I felt slightly exposed to road

    I cannot recommend Black Gate Distillery enough. Genise and Brian are incredibly welcoming and know so much about Whisky and Rum. Be sure to do a tasting. It is honestly so worth it. There’s nowhere else in the world you will get an experience quite like Black Gate Distillery
