Canoelands Orchard Camping and Fruit Picking, is located just 1 hour from Sydney's CBD. The property is 81 acres in total with a small shop and cafe onsite. We offer pick your own fruit so are open to the public daily (closed on occasion). Trading hours can be viewed at www.bookingscanoeladns.com. We are surrounded by the stunning valley views of Marra Marra National Park. Guests can enjoy hiking, wandering the orchard picking fresh produce, taking a tractor ride, feeding the animals and relaxing. Please note we are a working farm so sometimes tractors and vehicles can be heard working from 7am. There will be foot traffic and possibly tractor rides operating near some of the sites although we will do our best to respect your privacy while you are here. We also have a quarry surrounding most of the property, so they sometimes operate machinery early. This is not generally too disruptive though. We are just 15 minutes' drive from the beautiful historical Wiseman's Ferry and the Hawkesbury River. There are multiple hiking tracks located close by. We have several sites to offer around the property. We have a beautiful huge dam just 350m down the gully. It’s super peaceful although a steep walk down the driveway to access, it's definitely worth it, so pack your walking shoes and some swimmers.

Canoelands Orchard offers a peaceful escape close to the city, with visitors frequently praising the serene and private camping spots nestled among fruit trees. The welcoming hosts, Jaime and Nathan, add a warm touch to the stay, often noted for their friendliness and helpfulness. Guests enjoy activities like fruit picking and feeding farm animals, making it a hit for families. While most reviews are glowing, a few mention minor disturbances from neighboring properties, but these seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.

Fantastic camp site with manicured lawns and a clean fire pit. Camp 3 gets morning sun and afternoon shade making it perfect if you need solar to charge your batteries. Will certainly be back

Loved camping at site 1. It had a beautiful view of the quarry. We really enjoyed walking around the orchard and feeding the animals in the morning.

Our first time camping and it was the perfect spot! Nice views over the valley. The patch of grass maintained well. The toilets were a bit of a walk but I didn’t mind this. Unfortunately it did rain overnight and wasn’t able to see sunrise but just means well have to come back again!

Nice shady spot by the dam. The hosts were friendly and even gave us some milk as we forgot ours. Would definitely recommend.

Camping at Canoelands
Great spot to camp! Plenty of space for the kids to run around, fresh fruit to pick, and the tractor rides that the kids absolutely loved! It was hot, but we had some great shade come over in the mid-afternoon and allowed for comfortable nights. I'd highly recommend camping at Canoelands - lots of fun for everyone!
