THE PROPERTY Our property is a beautiful sanctuary on a private dirt road just off the Barry Way, nestled in the beautiful bushland of Ingebirah. Hidden from the main road, you are greeted by the expansive views towards Thredbo and surrounding mountains. This is a perfect quiet place to rest, relax and recover after a busy day of activities skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking or fishing. Our property has 200 metres of creek frontage with an abundance of wildlife including deer, wallabies, kangaroos, wombats, echidna’s and many native birds. We acknowledge that Aboriginal people were the first people of this land. We recognise the Ngarigo people as the traditional custodians of the region. We pay respect to knowledge holders and community members of the land and waters and to Elders past, present and emerging. LOCATION 21 km and approximately 20 minutes drive to Jindabyne village and shops Approximately 45 minutes drive to Thredbo Approximately 50 minutes drive to Perisher DETAILS FOR GUESTS We welcome completely self contained caravans or motor home homes *Important - please note that our sites are for caravans or motor homes only. This is non-negotiable. No sub letting allowed. We do not cater for tents, swags or sleeping pods. Your caravan or motor home must have its own toilet, water and power - therefore fully self contained. We ask that our guests please kindly respect the property and our lovely neighbours There is no bathroom or toilet onsite for the campsites CAMP FIRES Both campsites have fire pits + firewood can be supplied upon request, otherwise please BYO Kindling can be collected from the ground from around the property Fires are not permitted in windy weather, please use caution when lightning any fire TIMING Check in after 2pm Check out by 11am NOTES There is no council rubbish or recycling onsite - so what you pack in, you take with you on departure Leave it better than you found it No parties No pets
