EASTER 2025 FULLY BOOKED ANZAC WEEKEND FULLY BOOKED Beautiful property, nestled into the Colo Valley, next to the pristine Colo River. We have cleared grassy paddocks, some shady areas, and access to the Colo River, one of the most pristine rivers in NSW. Our river access is normally shallow, well suited to young families or those who just want to lay back and enjoy a quiet refreshing dip. Amazing sunrises, sunsets, and star gazing are provided free of charge along with bird watching, local wildlife, and horses in surrounding paddocks. We offer limited sites to comply with NSW Camping legislation and Hipcamp guidelines and to enable campers to experience the Colo as it should be, listening to the beautiful wildlife and really appreciating the outdoors. Sites are large spaces with varying distance between sites to enable you to enjoy the camping experience in your own space. Both paddock sites and limited river spots are available. If you are planning to stay with friends and you wish to share a site only 1 booking is required, the sites are large, some up to 30m x 30m. (Saturday night 2 night minimum) Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, please check with Hosts prior to booking, as conditions and a charge applies. Please ADD EXTRA at checkout for dogs... $20 per dog per visit There is no mobile reception or internet access, therefore, providing a true off-grid retreat. Self-sufficient campers are preferred. There are fire drums available on each site, most with grill plates - subject to RFS bush fire danger ratings on the day. There are three communal flushing toilets and two awesome hot water showers! ALL waste is to leave with you! There are local bush walks through National Parks and great places for mountain bike riding although be mindful of holiday traffic in peak times on our local dirt roads. The local shop, Colo Riverside is open 4 days a week Thurs-Sun, just 10kms up the road providing last-minute supplies, ice, bottle shop, and cafe services. Please note: Due to our location bookings may be canceled at short notice in times of bad weather due to flooding, limited access, fire or flood warnings. We trust you will understand we are only looking out for your safety and of course, Hipcamp credits will be arranged.

DeView was great and Yara was a fantastic host! Loved the location and a beautiful backdrop for my son and me. Access to the river and amenities made it super easy and kept my son entertained for hours.

Great spot! River was fantastic for kids to play and easy access from camp sites. Amenities (with hot showers!) also clean and well serviced with soap and toilet paper all the time. Campsites good size for number of people and nicely separated from each other. We’re definitely keen to come back!

Lovely weekend at Colo
16 ft travel trailer · With pets ·
My little family had a lovely weekend at De View, Colo. The campsite was large, spacious and freshly mowed and within easy walking distance of the river and amenities. Yara was exceptionally helpful in helping us with a suitable site and greeting my husband on arrival. We would not hesitate in recommending Yara's property and will most definitely be back soon for another stay

Camping by the Colo river
I loved tent camping at DeView. The sites are flat, the place is close to Sydney, easily accessible by 2WD and is pretty. The site is close to the river, it was nice and quiet, it has toilets, hot showers, drinking water and washing facilities. Yara was easy to communicate with and came to greet us when we arrived.

This is my first Hipcamp experience and wow what an amazing spot. Yara was the perfect host. Communication was 1st class. She was there to meet and greet everyone and so friendly and welcoming. Her place is epic … right on the Colo river. Amenities block with flush toilets, hot showers, a wash up area for dishes. A flat area for my van. The creek was just divine, refreshing and safe for all. Ticked all the boxes for me. A tranquil place to get out in nature, listen to the birds , perfect sunsets and no ph reception. highly recommend . definitely returning.. Thanku.
