Glennbrooke River Camp
One of our favourites
We had the MOST beautiful week at Glenbrooke. Honestly, Brooke, Glenn and little Cash are the best hosts ever! We especially love the way they caretake their land, it really shows. We were so fortunate to see an abundance of wildlife, including azure kingfishers, loads of biodiversity in the water and on land. We swam, fished, adventured, relaxed, ate beautiful local produce and relaxed. Our big fur baby thought he had died and gone to heaven and we all were sad to leave. We’ll be back for sure. Loved everything about Glennbrooke 💚

Perfect Getaway with Amazing Hosts!
We had the perfect short getaway at Glennbrooke River Camp. It was so peaceful on the river surrounded by the bushland, and not far from rainforest walks, beaches and the township of Narooma. Brooke and Glenn were amazing hosts, friendly and welcoming with fantastic communication (directions to the property). Definitely the BEST Hipcamp that we have stayed at, we will definitely be back.

Glennbrooke River Camp
We loved our 4 nights camping on Brooke's property. The views up down the creek were beautiful particularly at dawn and dusk. Our dog thought she was in heaven being able to roam, sniff and investigate to her delight. As a keen mountain biker, the proximity of the property to the extensive new trail network was definitely a winner. It was such a buzz being able to ride all the way back to camp from one of the wilderness trails (Box Cutter) that was adjacent to the access road, mostly fast downhill a relatively short incline to the property entrance and another fast downhill all the way to the camp site (not for kids or novices.) Next day about an 8-minute shuttle back up to box cutter to rejoin trail and onto space nodule and beyond. Check out Narooma MTB site for details. The main trail head was around 20-minute drive as was the bridge into Narooma. I would thoroughly recommend Glenbrooke Hipcamp if you are after a relaxed time with your family, dog and bikes. A canoe would also be handy with the creek being tidal a great place for swimming. Our hosts Brooke and her family were very friendly and welcoming providing us with firewood and local advice. We would definitely return and have recommended Glenbrooke to others.
