Divine! Magical!
We loved the location! Absolutely magical! John was amazing in being prompt answering any questions I might have. His cabin looks simple and yet it is stocked with everything you could ever need! We didn’t get a chance to look around the cabin when checking in as we were busy making a fire and enjoying catch up time around the amazing fire pit. On check out day, we tidied around the place and kept discovering new facilities… ooo look they have defib… even vomit bags! Oooo look at the range of books… from Dan Brown, The Ring, Harry Potter to the Hunger Game… oooo check out the card games… there even the table top card game “magic”! Oh he’s provided a picnic rug there! We will need to use it next time! Doesn’t the bathroom smell divine! I didn’t realise composting toilets could smell so nice 🙈 you get the point! We loved the place and the seclusion for a little girls catch up! Thank you John!

Very modern and well kept inside with all the essentials needed for comfort inside the house. The stars are amazing at night and you can get lost in them. Cox river down the road was nice to swim in as well, only a 10 minute drive down from the site. Overall a great weekend getaway! John was very helpful also giving all the local insights regarding what/where to visit.

Such a beautiful place to be away from the city and immerse yourself with the nature. The highlight is the star gazing at night. You can even do that in the house as they have full glass windows facing the mountain and sky. The house is fully equipped like a luxury house. You just need to bring enough food supplies. Highly recommended!
