Spring Creek Valley Farm is a 2200-acre farm located in the beautiful southern tablelands, 1 hour to the Canberra CBD and just 1 hour to Batemans Bay on the coast. With over 3km of creek frontage and 100+ acres of untouched native bushland, there are ample options for campsites to suit just about anyone. All campers must be completely self-contained, with their own camp toilet, and take all waste when they go. The original name of this property is Wooraba which is an aboriginal word for 'hidden' which describes it very well. Here, you will immerse yourself in the Australian bush and enjoy a truly peaceful retreat. Enjoy fantastic bushwalks amongst the native flora and fauna, or take your mountain bike to the high open hilly area to check out the expansive views. Or lay in some of the creek's rock pools and sunbathe. Whilst we can accept dogs, this absolutely must be discussed with us prior to booking. We are a working farm, with sheep, and it is important that any visiting pets do not hassle our sheep, and are kept on a lead at all times. Campfires are permitted in the designated fire pit when conditions allow and no local fire bans are in play.We accept one booking at a time here at the Upper Creekside Site. It's a beautiful, peaceful spot with good access and elevated views. Plenty of space to set up. All campers must be self-contained, with their own camp toilet, and take all waste when they go. Please leave no trace. A designated firepit is provided. Strictly no fires during fire ban times.

This campsite offers a serene and private escape into nature, perfect for those seeking tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. Guests consistently mention the soothing sounds of the nearby creek and the stunning views, particularly the starry nights free from artificial light. While most experiences are overwhelmingly positive, with excellent hosts and ample opportunities for exploration, a few visitors noted accessibility challenges, especially for larger vehicles. Overall, it's a highly recommended spot for those looking to enjoy peace and the beauty of the natural environment.

Great long weekend away 🤩
10 m travel trailer
Had such a lovely long weekend away at Upper Creek Side! The spot is well maintained and extremely private with gorgeous views stretching out across the valley. William, our host, couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed, which made the whole experience super relaxing. Evenings around the firepit were a highlight, just sitting back, relaxing and listening to the sounds of nature, and enjoying the peace and quiet. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to. If you’re after a break from the hustle and bustle and want to recharge, this place is perfect 🤩 Thank you William for sharing your beautiful property for us to enjoy.

We had a very enjoyable and peaceful weekend at Spring Creek Valley Farm. Set in the green hills of beautiful sheep farming land where you see no one. We had lovely camp fires and a prestigious fire pit was supplied.

Perfect Campsite
Tent
The camp site is absolutely perfect, very secluded and away from anyone. Has a beautiful scenery of hills and trees. The creek nearby is soo nice and sounds really relaxing to be nearby, listening to why trying to fall asleep is very therapeutic. Would recommend to anyone!

Peaceful stay in the nature
10 m travel trailer · With kids
We stayed 8-10 March. It was such a relaxing stay. If you enjoy peace and quiet and a good rest, this is the place for you. There is plenty of wild life to observe, lots of kookaburras to hear in the morning and a creek just at the back that you can go down to and splash about. The water level was low due to no rain recently but it would be a good spot to come visit in summer, keep your feet in the water and drink a nice cold beverage 🥂🍻🧊 4WD is highly recommend as you do need to get over a grass paddock to get to the camp spot. I also recommend maybe staying by the letter box and walking down to the host property as the road is a bit steep and rather uneven and if you have a campervan or trailer you may struggle to get out or even to turn around by the property if you’re towing something larger. We had a night and a day and a half with fog and some rain sprinkle, but the second night the clouds cleared up and we saw stars for miles! There is a fire pit on site that you can use for cooking. We had some good fun experimenting with fire cooking. We will definitely be back here again 🙂🙂
