Hello! This is 10 Acres with walking trails, the ability to park a camper, RV, car, flat land to pitch a tent, with other opportunities to pitch a site if you find yourself a good spot: of which there is plenty to explore. It’s a house I’ve just moved into and am working on with a lot of beautiful land to share with campers, RV’ers, road travelers, those needing a respite, wifi, a beautiful peaceful quiet place under the stars. That is centrally located in Hamden (a 7 minute drive to the Hamden Strip - Hamden General Store, Tiny’s Sandwiches, Meat & Flowers, Hamden Inn. 15 drive to Delhi, Walton. Getting on the Fiber Optic WiFi will help you plan your adventures and journeys! The closer you get to the house, the stronger your wifi connection will be. The house is going to become an Artist’s Retreat one day but in the meantime, enjoy the landing pad and thank you for helping make dreams come true! There is a long flat easy paved and graveled driveway you can drive onto to park (and then back out of to exit). For those with 4 wheel drive and Mud/Rut/Slippery/Rock Crawl Mode - there are paths you can drive onto to get yourselves through.Park your Camper, RV, Car Tent on a Flat Gravel Driveway. Pitch a Tent in one of many magical spaces you find! The land is magical. The trails are magical. The stars are magical. The WiFi is magical. I trust that whoever visits will be kind & soak in the good energy. Thank you for supporting the building of an Artist Retreat and enjoy the ten Acres of trails and big flat rocks to lay out on as you stare up at the sky and plan your adventures.
