Set on 14 secluded acres in the heart of the western Catskills, we are just a few miles from the East Branch of the Delaware River where eagles soar and fish jump.  You won't see a single other human structure or light from our property, and the sky is so dark that you can see the stars into the depths of the universe.  Our creek runs year-round and feeds the Pepacton Reservoir down the road.  This is still an authentic farming community where passersby in cars wave and the neighbors are friendly. Set in a valley surrounded by low mountains and forest, you might hear a coyote howl in the distance or an owl hooting.   Learn more about this land: Sit under a blanket of stars next to a roaring fire pit while communing with friends.  Listen to the gentle gurgling of the nearby creek by night and wade in it by day.  Borrow one of our many bicycles for a ride on the secluded country roads, play badminton or Frisbee on our spacious lawns, recline in a hammock or swinging chair for a snooze. Take a long walk into the forest to bird-watch and listen.   Rain in the forecast?  No problem - hang out in the spacious upstairs of our barn where there's ample seating and a dartboard to test your skills.   Plenty of space for tents to be pitched, both by the house and up the hill. Bathroom is in the house.   Town is about 5 miles away and after July 4 the pool is open.  There are some decent restaurants in town.  Kayaking on the East Branch of the Delaware River is one of life's most serene and enjoyable experiences (expect to spend at least 4 hours on the river). Bald eagles are often spotted on the river.  Other trailheads nearby. Love to sing or play a musical instrument?  Bring it along for some jamming by the fire or in the barn.  We've got lots of sheet music and always an extra ukulele or two. Come join us at our slice of heaven! No charge for children 12 and under. Firewood is included.  (Note: the satellite image of the property is NOT accurate!)Sit under a blanket of stars next to a roaring fire pit while communing with friends.  Listen to the gentle gurgling of the nearby creek by night and wade in it by day.  Borrow one of our many bicycles for a ride on the secluded country roads, play badminton or Frisbee on our spacious lawns, recline in a hammock or swinging chair for a snooze. Peaceful Surrounding & Great Hosts
Tent · With pets
We had an amazing stay at Camp-n-Jam Heaven! The location was absolutely stunning with peaceful surroundings. The campsite was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Liz and Jon were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the nearby creek and the opportunity to unwind in nature. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy a serene camping experience.

Most gracious and welcoming hosts!
Tent · Group trip
We astayed at Liz's property for one night and were hosted by her sister Ruth Anne. It was our first HipCamp experience and very successful one. Ruth Anne was very sweet and hospitable, she went above and beyond when one in our group fell ill. The property is peaceful and charming. Camping spot was very comfortable thanks to perfectly even ground. Everything is conveniently set up with fireplace, plenty of firewood and proximity to refreshing stream. We even got cold at night while it was 100F in the city that day. Definitely recommend staying with Liz and her family.

Great place to stay!!!!!
Group trip
Me and a group of friends stayed at Liz’s place this past weekend. We all had a great time relaxing on their beautiful property and playing music in the loft of the barn. Reasons why it was a great weekend are like I mentioned it is a beautiful property. But also jamming in the barn was such a fun time and we invited Liz to play her Ukulele with us and what a treat that was. Just made the weekend a lot better. And the final and main reason we had such a great time was that Liz and her husband John were very accommodating and very nice people to be around. We are glad we stayed there and will definitely be going back.

Perfect Weekend Spent In Nature
Group trip
Liz was so warm and welcoming. She offered a lot of useful information about the area, provided options for spots on the property where we could set up our tents, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and gave us privacy so we could enjoy the great outdoors. The property was absolutely gorgeous. There's wooded areas to explore, beautiful flowers, plants, some wildlife, and a stream. We spent most of our time around the fire, star-gazing, and watching the fire flies. Liz also told us about a nearby canoe/kayak rental shop, so we spent one of our days paddling on the water. It was the perfect weekend spent in nature.
