Free use of kayak's, stand up paddle boards, canoe or jon boat on a first come, first serve basis. Community outdoor kitchen with all the comforts of home (pots and pans, cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, air fryer, charcoal or gas grill, blackstone and kitchen sink) Community outdoor firepit and small playground and a community shed with yard games for all to utilize (corn hole, ladder golf, can jam and more). All are welcome to join in or stay to yourselves for some R&R.
