Mixed feelings

We reserved back on April 2024 for the 2 nights, expecting to be camped at the spot pictured in the post. We arrived and someone else was there and so we had to park in a grassy area next to it. It was okay but a little disappointing that the reservation we had made was not what we expected. The owner did make a refund for the mix up in his scheduling and we do appreciate that. Thank you

Great for what we needed! We were looking for a "last minute" spot and James was very welcoming and responsive. The spot was really upkeep and quite even though it's in the middle of a neighborhood.

Great host and location.

Jim greeted me and offered over and above what was suggested in his listing. Extra kindness was really appreciated. Thanks Jim for your dinner suggestions and places to visit while in the area. I felt safe and cared for.

James' Place
21 ft travel trailer
James' property was easy to get to and very centrally located for getting around Rochester. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We were there four nights and spent most of our time attending wedding activities. James was friendly and we enjoyed visiting with him for a few minutes. The spot where we parked our camper was very level and had water hook up and electricity. James' place really suited our needs.

We only stayed one night, but it was a very welcoming stay. The water and electric hookups were easy to get to. And James was a very nice, helpful gentleman. He was there to greet us upon arrival, and gave us recommendations for things to do, places to eat, etc. It was a nice little setup for the price. Would definitely recommend.
