5 Acres of peaceful rural living, with Pool, water and power. You can enjoy the property or explore around the Lagoon. Close to the National Parks and only 30 mins to Darwin city. Ten minutes to Palmerston hospital and 10 mins to Gateway Shopping Centre. Wonderful and peaceful part of our world. You have ample room to park up and enjoy the undercover area with washing machine and dryer and has a bathroom with shower sink and toilet. Outside has a big wooden table and chairs for relaxing under the big ass fan. Take your towels and some drinks over to the newly finished pool area, which is fenced and covered with a big sail, to keep out a bit of sun so it's great for kids and adults to enjoy all year roundRural property with 5 acres to enjoy, wonder around or go for a swim in our newly resurfaced pool, and let the natural beauty envelop you. The landscape is dotted with vibrant wildflowers and towering trees that sway gently in the breeze. As you stroll along the winding paths, you'll encounter charming nooks perfect for a quiet moment of reflection or a picnic with loved ones. The pool, sparkling under the sun, invites you to take a refreshing dip or simply lounge by its side with a good book in hand. This serene setting offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, where you can recharge and reconnect with nature.
