Nomadic camping

Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

We are surrounded by around 40 acres of property, both wooded and open field. There is wetland with a pond on the property. We will provide you with a spot for your campfire and a welcoming kit upon your arrival. Hosts on the land are all family, so there will be people around that can help with whatever you’re looking for. If you are a tourist, the first shot of the Civil War was right at the end of our road, so you can start your tour there!Pitch your tent in our backyard field and be within a stone’s throw to the owner’s house should you need anything. You will have access to a fire pit and wood, and will be greeted with a welcoming kit. We will provide camp chairs for the fire pit, if requested. You can enjoy the privacy of this quiet area, and relax at your campsite each night you stay with us!
