Grass Lot in Milbank South Dakota, near downtown. A three minute walk to Lake Farley, Farley Fest, or downtown. One Camper Electric, with one tent site also and parking and water available. The studio is capable of having live music events. There is a deck and firepit. There may be access to indoor bathroom by request and laundry.We have a place for one to two campers, with a hose to get your water from the studio. By request you can have access to a bathroom and laundry and a rustic shower. There is space for tent camping. There is a firepit and table and deck. The deck is lighted. There is a train that does come by the property.
