Very nice, could be easily improved

This site worked out well for me. It is a nice piece of land with dark skies and many options for private camp sites. The main draw for me was that I had it to myself. The surrounding properties do have houses, so there was some minor noise, but there were no sight lines through the junipers. This may not be the best site for RV camping, though, if you want privacy. The only place to park an RV is within sight of the road and of one house across the road, though the house is down an embankment and mostly the roof is visible. It’s a small gravel road with occasional local traffic. I will say the place made a poor first impression because the entrance, which is where you would park an RV, is quite trashy and off-putting. If you can get further in, it’s really nice. It wouldn’t take much effort to clean this up and make this an excellent site.

Perfect for small group camping.
Tent
Beautiful property - wasn't clear just how much of it we could use but only two of us so we camped out near the entrance in a smaller tent. Was private and secluded and had an excellent view of the entire eclipse on the hillside. Thank you!
