The river house is an off grid house/cabin on 20 acres surrounded by thousands of acres of protected national forest. It is a half mile hike-in or 4 wheel drive in up a logging road. It is very private, with running water and a shower and 1 1/2 bathrooms, a loft, 2 bedrooms and ping pong table. A stream runs through the property that has small swimming holes and larger swimming holes are just a short drive away. Hikes galore are just out the door, and many many more are just a short drive away. The River House is on 20 acres of private forest that borders thousands of acres of protected national forest. It is an off-grid cabin with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths, and all the amenities of a grid-tied home, with running water, flushing toilets, a full kitchen, solar panels and backup generator. There's a mountain stream close by and plenty of hiking options. The long trail is within hiking distance and the small quaint towns of Bristol and Warren are 20 minutes drive away.
