Come and enjoy this beautiful piece of land right on Shoreline Drive, with multiple paths just across the road leading to the world-famous 90 Mile beach right at your front doorstep and will take you less than a minute to see the ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves and get ready to enjoy the sunrise from your tent or from the beach. Our beautiful block of 600 sqm has plenty of shade from the many tea trees and some nice sunny spots to sun bake in to, and it plays host to some beautiful wildlife during the day. This is the perfect spot to enjoy camping in a private property and being completely off the grid. Only 1 minute drive to the local shops, public toilets, sheltered BBQs, picnic tables, a Community Garden and a Men’s Shed. Please note that there are no facilities on site. Campers will need to be self sufficient and leave no trace. Please respect. It’s a sandy terrain (as a good beach block!) with a hill near the entry. Normally suitable for 4WD, SUVs, Utes and caravans. However, we ask you to be mindful of the particularities of your vehicle and the weather conditions when accessing the block. For heavy RVs, vans, sedan cars or unexperienced drivers please keep in mind that you might need to park in the front part of the block. No dispose of rubbish, recycling, or compost on site. Guests need to take their waste with them when they go and dispose of it responsibly. We only allow one booking at the time to offer privacy and for a better enjoyment of the space. Pets are allowed, but it’s important that guests understand that they must keep their pets in their control, keep them from causing harm, and ensure they’re reasonably quiet during quiet hours. Please be mindful of neighbours and respect quiet time from 10pm until 8am. From this block guests can also enjoy a short drive to other beach towns like Loch Sport, Seaspray and The Honeysuckles; lovely cities like Sale and lovely towns like Rosedale or Longford. Just get ready to have a great time right on the beautiful 90 mile beach and enjoy this fantastic spot.Come and enjoy this beautiful piece of land right on Shoreline Drive, with multiple paths just across the road leading to the world-famous 90 Mile beach right at your front doorstep and will take you less than a minute to see the ocean. After Messaging Ben about access for my ute and small caravan , he said we would fit . unless you want to put yr van beside the main road , you will not fit . it was raining when i got there so the sand was firm . i backed the van onto the site and over the mound for a bit of privacy . we decided to leave the next morning . Luckily i have a 4x4 or there was no way of getting out in the soft sand . site is only good for pitching a tent . no close access to the beach .

14 ft pop-up camper
Small block just behind 90 Mile Beach. Could hear the ocean, which was relaxing. There's a 2 storey home on the left side and a vacant block on the right. Very quiet town and not very busy. 1 minute walk across the road through some small trees/shrubs and you're on the beach. Dump point just down the road, which was handy for pack up. Few mozzies around at dawn and dusk but we had our caravan to escape them. 20min drive to Loch Sport, which was excellent for swimming and hanging on the sand with the dogs. 90 Mile Beach is more of a surf beach so not as easy to swim at when we were there. Unfortunately a bit of weed around this trip for fishing. Our first time to this area but would come back as it's a sleepy, shack like spot.

Family camp
26 ft pop-up camper · Group trip
Access to the 90 mile beach and general store were excellent. The block was as described very sandy with trees at the rear providing shade for our tents and a small area at the front of the block for our camper trailer. We were a family group of 6 and the site could accommodate all of us with room to spare. We would be happy to visit the site again.

10 ft pop-up camper
We were disappointed with the site . It was advertised as 1 acre. Definitely not that big . An unsuitable block for our camper with a big slope. We opted not to stay and unfortunately didn’t hear back from Ben when we decided to cancel after we had paid . It was not on the beach unlike the Parks Vic campsite 1.5 kms away. Overall very unsatisfactory.
