The site was perfect for what we wanted, peaceful, private, birds and other wildlife around. The long drop toilets were impeccable, so clean and well maintained. Manfred is a great host, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and lovely to talk to. The road in is unsealed and long so maybe not suitable for rental campers during the wet months.

Manfreds farm was beautiful and extremely well maintained! The campgrounds felt secluded and we were able spot a few species of birds and kangaroos! Beautiful bit of country - his efforts to regenerate and conserve the land are noticed.

We had an amazing camping trip at Manfred's property in Mt Black Station near Nagambie. The place is super secluded and peaceful—perfect for beginners like us. The added bonus of toilets on-site made everything so much easier! Despite it being such a hot day, the temperature dropped quickly as soon as the sun set, making for a really comfortable evening. The highlight was definitely getting so close to kangaroos—such a unique experience. Waking up to the sound of birds chirping was a lovely touch, and the sunset and sunrise were stunning. We also had some incredible stargazing at night. Manfred was just as wonderful—so friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Overall, it was the perfect spot to escape and enjoy nature. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Manfred is a wonderful host with a beautiful property. There is many sites but more than enough space to spread out and have privacy. There is 2 drop toilets for campers to use, they are well kept, clean, and bug and fly free. It’s a great central location to visit the surrounding areas but also make sure to have some time to explore the property and see the wonderful native animal which call it home. Manfred is a wealth of knowledge of the local area and is more than happy to suggest places you might like to visit. We still have over half the property to explore so will certainly be back!
