We are a working farm with cattle. The property features dense forest, sparse forest and open paddocks. The farm has calves which are hand fed, lots of birdlife, a dam for canoeing, and a pontoon on the dam for sunbaking. Our property is located close to Mt Baw Baw, 1.5 hours from Mt Hotham, and 40 mins to beach. Sit around the campfire in the evenings and enjoy a little star gazing. This campsite suits self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower. There is access to a drinking water supply. There is a shelter with a basic kitchen including an oven, cooktop burner and a dishwashing station. The kitchen has a pot belly fireplace to keep warm. We ask that you leave no trace and take all rubbish and belongings with you. During wet weather our paddocks do get a bit boggy so please send me a message to discuss, if you're unsure about your vehicle. We're located close to the snowies for all your mountain and snow adventures. Mountain bike riding and National Parks nearby, enjoy a quiet weekend or as busy as you like. Relaxing and Peaceful
32 ft travel trailer · With pets
We loved our visit to Pete’s Touch of Paradise. Super quiet and peaceful. Pete was very helpful and welcoming. Beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend giving this spot a visit to switch off and relax. Town only a 10 minute drive away.

Great spot, didn’t get in until late and Pete was very accommodating and helped us out when we got there. Only stayed for a night but enjoyed our stay

Camping with the cows!
Tent · With kids
Lovely peaceful location with great set up for campfire cooking. Pete was very welcoming and then gave us space to enjoy family time. Town is a quick 10 min drive if you need any supplies.

Most revolting travel experience
24 ft Class A
This was an awful experience. We towed our 3 ton caravan 258kms in a heat wave to be confronted with a dead rotting cow on the property next door. The smell was revolting, rotting flesh we nearly vomitted. The host did not return our calls on the way there. Firstly, he said he thought my call was spam, then later it was his phone service provider Optus. Well, why do you have a site on Hipcamps? We left, as no Human could spend more than 15 mins there. We had to then find a camp late on a Saturday of a public holiday long weekend. Pay twice for the same nights!

It was a quiet property out the back of Stratford with some inquisitive and sometimes talkative cows.
