Shacks at Kardella is a 47-acre lifestyle farm close to the beach at Indented Head on the Bellarine Peninsula.  Our property has cows, goats, miniature horses and plenty of native birdlife.  Walking distance to the beach and general store/post office which sells coffee, beer, wine and other essentials. The campsite is 500 metres from the Indented Head boat ramp.  Come and enjoy our peaceful slice of the thriving Bellarine Peninsula!  Campsites have no amenities so campers need to BYO everything (including drinking water and camping toilet) and leave no trace.  Dog friendly. We offer general camping a garden glamping bell tent.

Kardella Park offers a peaceful retreat close to the beach while still providing ample space and privacy. The hosts, Damian and Alli, are frequently mentioned for their friendliness and helpfulness, ensuring a smooth stay for campers. Many reviews highlight the well-maintained grounds and the cleanliness of facilities, with some guests praising the setup as spotless. However, a few reviews noted the lack of shade and grass in certain areas, as well as occasional strong winds due to proximity to the beach.

We stayed at Top Paddock and would highly recommend . It was great for our two dogs , had lots of room to run around . Damian brought us a fire pit to use free of charge. An easy 10 min walk to the beach , couldn’t be better .

Best Hipcamp!!
A beautiful spot. Only a few sites so plenty of room. Never crowded. Just a short walk from the beach and a short drive (or walk) to town with coffee shops, IGA etc . Damian is an awesome host . Would visit again!!

Just a lovely spot. Great to be so close to the beach but still have peace and quiet away from there crowds. The dog loved the space and the farm animals. Great spot for a few days... We stayed longer than expected because it was so great

Very happy glampers
The Kardella Park glamping spot was beautifully set up with absolutely everything you could need. Very comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom setup was so squeaky clean I thought it seemed brand new. The pergola space was a great place for meals and had pretty good shade most of the day for the quite hot weekend we were there. The beach is not far to walk or bike, and is a good spot to hire stand up paddle boards, canoes etc. Damian and Alli were super helpful. Definitely recommend.
