Nestled on a hilltop, this campsite offers stunning views of the Chippewa River and surrounding nature. Campers rave about the privacy and tranquility, with ample space for dogs to roam and the soothing presence of horses nearby. While hosts Susan and her husband are noted for their warm hospitality, a few guests mentioned challenges with accessing water. Overall, this spot is cherished for its beautiful sunsets, starry nights, and peaceful ambiance.

Absoulutely the most beautiful camping setting we have been in! Site is up on top of a hill overlooking the river with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets plus an abundance of stars at night. Our Red Healer loved the vast amount of space to explore with no one in sight to get his guard up (he's very protective). We will definitely be back!

Post Rockfest.
15 ft travel trailer
Post Rock Fest. I came back to decompress after the madness and the being crammed in at the campground. This place is great. I said it all after my 1st stay.

River to Ridge exceeded our expectations!!! The scenery was absolutely beautiful! Prairie grass, wild flowers, view of the surrounding tree tops, as well as the Chippewa River down below. It was so incredibly peaceful. We also enjoyed hiking, in the nearby Missota State Park, biking the Old Abe State Trail, swimming and hanging out on the rocks by the river, and paddling our canoe. We are sure to visit again!
