1 night at Grandview Acres

Even though Grandview acres wasn’t technically open yet, both houses were extremely hospitable and welcoming to us when we stayed for one night in our self-contained RV. Both House came out to speak to us and we were incredibly lovely, we were very honoured to be the 1st to sign the 2025 guest book. Stunning views, incredibly peaceful, and can see why people would want to come back again and again.

Weekend Trip to K & J Acres

Lovely view of the valley. Tidy and organized. The RV site was flat and easy to access. We enjoyed the company with Kathy and her pal Jazz. The area is quiet and close to many outdoor activities. It was a lovely weekend stay. We enjoyed a tour of her very lovely paintings. We purchased a charismatic oil painting of Phillip the donkey.

2 nights at K & J Acres

Great spot conveniently located just outside of Vernon. Kathryn was very welcoming and flexible working with my schedule and made sure I had everything that I need (power, water, etc). She also has an incredibly cute and friendly dog!

2 nights at Olich Creek Farm

Heather’s spot is a hidden gem. Very private save for the animals. We brought our dog and he was off leash where appropriate and he had a great time! Super close to Enderby Cliffs (a hike with amazing views). Farm country. Very lovely and Heather was the perfect hostess:) Thank you Heather for a wonderful stay. You clearly have a big heart in what you do for these animals.

Weekend Trip to Fuzzy Buddy Ranch

What a wonderful space! We felt so welcomed by the lovely family that owns the ranch, and we were grateful for how in nature we felt. Great space, great price, we will definitely be back!

Experience the famous Shuswap River "float" which is only a 5 minute walk to the Baxter bridge boat launch, park and community hall. There is no cell service or electromagnetic disruption here which makes for a beautiful peaceful mountain retreat. If one of the Dome tents is booked, I block off the other so you'll be the only ones on the whole gravel pad area. There are trees and visual space blocking anyones' view between sites Birkenhead Lake Provincial Park is walkable from our farm and there you can hike, fish, swim, paddle, and more! The road is a gravel road in winter would require 4x4. Otherwise we've seen many EVO cars (Prius Hybrid or fully electric Kia Niro) and even fancy Teslas and BMW sedan's on this road.
