Super cute cabin with an outdoor shower, toilet, and fire pit. Cabin was spotless. Very quiet during the night, and lots of cedar trees and gulls nearby made for a coast like feel. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for the perfect rustic getaway, I highly recommend staying at Deep Creek Cabin on Darcy’s property. It’s got everything you need for an off-grid retreat—except it’s not totally off-grid since it has electricity! The amazing wood stove keeps the place cozy, there’s an outdoor hot shower that’s surprisingly refreshing, and the outhouse adds to the authentic cabin vibe. It’s tucked away in nature, making it the ideal spot to unplug (or not, since there’s power) and just relax. If you love cozy, simple living with modern convenience, this place is definitely worth checking out. Comes highly recommended and will be back. Thanks again to Darcy and his family

We really had fun. It was calm, cozy and romantic getaway for me and my gf. Darcy the host was gem if a person really helpful and nice. Would highly recommend. Will surely come back next season.

Come camp on a 40-acre parcel backing onto crown land mountains and wake up in front of 10 acres of vineyard and a view of Okanagan Lake! There is a small cabin and two camp sites to choose from. Outhouse on the property, which is just a pit toilet. It is a working farm so will likely have various equipment around at times as well as workers at certain times of the year. You’ll likely meet our very friendly and very energetic Bernedoodle, Bernie. If you prefer to keep him out of your campsite just let us know and we can keep him closer. Otherwise, he thinks he has the run of the place! Please check to see if campfires are allowed (live in a high-risk fire zone) and firewood is available with an extra charge. If you need anything to better enjoy your stay, just let us know! Our property is located in Peachland, BC. Positioned midway between Kelowna and Pentiction, it is the perfect location to draw from both population centres and is well-positioned to act as a hub for popular wine and other agri-tourism activities. Peachland is within easy reach of over 200 estate wineries and microbreweries.

We are privileged to permanently reside on and be the stewards of 7 acres beside Shuswap Lake, Okanagan BC, in the unceded territory of the Sechwepmec peoples. We have been creating a homestead in harmony with nature over the past 10 years. We reside year round in the Post and beam straw bale home that was built in 2000. Our current project is building our “aging in place” hemp lime cottage. Once completed it is our plan to build an in ground greenhouse. Additional future plans include building for a music studio, further development of our food forest, and the offering of self development training workshops. Additional camping/rv sites will be made available in the coming years. We look forward to offering fellow nature lovers an opportunity to appreciate the benefits and peace Braeheart Nature Retreat has to share. Whether you are seeking a more private get away or an opportunity to experience our developing homestead ideas/practices, we are devoted to meeting your desires. We are located 2km from Harald Provincial Pk. and the world renowned Margaret Falls. Our nearest town for services, Salmon Arm, is 25km away, and is host to the annual Roots and Blues Festival. Swimming, hiking, kayaking, wine touring, and weekly farmers markets are a few of the many local activities to enjoy.
