Angela’s hygge headquarters

Set in the countryside overlooking the Saint John river , my property is an elevated area with commanding views of the river ,Beautiful garden and grassy field surrounded by trees . I have a small 10x12 insulated bunkie , two single beds , electricity, no running water however a 5 Gallon bottle with handpump of potable water is available . 24hour access to the bathroom in the main house, only a few steps away. The bunkie has many comfort amenities. 
Many beaches near by only a short car ride away .

Vintage Camper

Vintage Glendale camper set on an acre of land among apple trees. Enjoy the great outdoors while roasting marshmallows in the fire pit, BBQing, watching the deer roam free, and take a dip in the fenced in pool/hot tub area. This air conditioned camper has had the interior completely renovated. There is running water, a flush (no shower),vintage replica fridge, dishes, cutlery, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can also tent! Looking for adventure? Hike the nearby extinct volcano Currie Mountain.

Learn more about this land:Pitch your tent on the giant lawn, close to the running stream that runs down the property to the river or by the firepit or be more adventurous and pitch it on one of the private three wooded plateaus (seasonal) or right by the St John River, up to you. Newly planted butterfly garden. Plenty of wildlife.

Lake George Getaway

We are happy to share our property with Hipcampers and look forward to hosting you! 

Two sites available (one with shed & one open area to camp). There is cell reception at the site. Pit toilet available. Pets permitted on-leash. This is a large vacant lot on a rural road with neighbours on both sides.

There is a trail starting on the right property line (looking AWAY from the road) you are welcome to explore about 1km back into the woods. We encourage you to Hike to Waterloo Lake (about 2km), there are nearby waterfalls and trails, Lake George is close by (day-use fee), as well as Harvey Lake (free park, swimming + boat launch). While in the area we also suggest you check out the historic Kings Landing!

Harvey Station and Frederiction are nearby for all your camping essentials.

You are welcome to burn any dead branches or trees

Dream Seed Farm

My dream has always been to have a farm to share all the beautiful abundance of life and lots of space to play. I am an avid gardner, so that's a big bonus to enjoy fresh veggies while staying here. Our new addition is a yurt with double bed, and table for enjoying meals to make camping easy. 

Since 2008, I have worked in my home studio sewing Hanging HUGS custom luxury hammocks and shipping them around the world to make the world a more cozy place. HUGS fund my world travels and humanitarian projects, teaching many people how to make hammocks. You can learn to sew your own hammock and enjoy it here. 

An expedition sea kayaker and expert rock climber with more than 20 years experience giving clients a unique look at our province, it's my pleasure to introduce you to my favourite spots. Our sailboat is spacious, comfortable and fun... ready when you are. We also own an off-grid camping area 45 minutes south and have made a hiking trail to an epic location which I have been developing for climbing over 10 years. Kayaks and fat bikes to rent... we can fill a week with outdoor activities and make memories you'll never forget.

This farm is a school of life. I am happy to share what I have learned about growing food, and my wife is an amazing cook who can teach how to make Korean food. Lots to do to fill a week, or just kick back in a hammock for a day by the pond, writing journal to reflect, soaking in the peaceful feelings.

1800's homestead near Jemseg river where our sailboat is moored. Gardens are abundant, kayaking is beautiful, fishing is good, and swimming is great!  Welcome home!

Just around the corner from Grand Lake, our boat "Seas the Day" is perfectly positioned to host a cruise(added fee) in addition to using the sailboat as a cabin for the night. 

We have six sea kayaks to rent out... and the river is alive with birds, beavers and muskrats that are fun to observe. 

The Old Canoe

Experience this gem of nature!  "The Old Canoe" is located in Cumberland Bay, New Brunswick, Canada (a small community centrally located between the major cities of Fredericton, Moncton, and Saint John).  This shore-front property is located along the Cumberland Bay Stream, which flows through marsh wetlands and empties into Grand Lake (the largest fresh water lake in New Brunswick).  Don’t forget your camera!  There's lots to see in nature! 

An outdoor enthusiast's dream, our unique vacation rentals provide an authentic experience with nature with a mix of modern conveniences and off-grid, old-fashioned rustic charm.  Perfect couples retreat, or singles needing a get-away.  Fancy Outhouses are provided near your rental and near the Shore, and an Outdoor Heated Shower in the forest promises a refreshing experience. 

Guests enjoy FREE use of our shore, canoes, and kayaks (depending on weather conditions). SWIMMING IS NOT ADVISED, as it is somewhat muddy/marshy, and shallow ... but it's PERFECT for small watercraft and fishing! 

WHAT TO PACK:  Food and ice in a cooler, and your clothes!  You may also want to bring rubber boots or water shoes, sunscreen, and bug spray. 

Rentals are stocked with just about everything else you'll need for a great stay, including propane BBQ and burner/cook stove.  CHECK OUR LISTINGS FOR DETAILS ON WHAT'S INCLUDED. 

We live on this 15-acre property, and enjoy all it has to offer.  In 2021, we decided to let others enjoy it too!  We named our property "The Old Canoe", inspired by the old canoes we used while growing up. 

If you're looking for a place to enjoy nature and solitude.  THIS IS IT! 

We want to provide a safe and peaceful place for our guests (and us) to Relax and Enjoy Nature ... so to be candid, this IS NOT a party place!  If that's what you're looking for, this is definitely NOT for you 

Poor cell phone service provides a great opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle!  We do provide Free LIMITED Wi-Fi, but encourage guests to Unplug!

Freshen up by using this antique wash basin.  Water, soap, washcloths, and hand towels are provided.  You may also wash up in one of the fancy outhouses.

Enjoy a fully equipped 5th wheel trailer on a private lake front lot.

All bedding, towels, kitchen wares and equipment are provided. 

Outside enjoy the furnished deck and patio, BBQ and fire table. 

A walk down the stone stairs brings you to 2 hammocks in the trees.

Bring your boat or seadoo and launch right from our neighboring cottage property and access full use of the dock. 

Enjoy the 2 kayaks on site or bring your own.

         Located along the Saint John River, 5 acre operating hop farm,  beautiful clear evening skies.
