Weekend Trip to Owl's Hollow Eco-Therapy Glamping

Had an amazing time at Owls Hollow! The spot is incredibly scenic and quiet with very few surrounding cottages. Would highly recommend taking out the boats and exploring the rest of the lake. Directions and signage is very clear, had no problem getting there or finding anything once arrived. Would highly recommend this wonderful spot!

We are nestled between two brooks and sheltered by the North Mountain, just outside the quaint village of Lawrencetown. Conveniently located 30 minutes east of Annapolis Royal, and an easy hour's drive west from Wolfville, with many lovely towns to stop in on your drive through the valley. You can be at the Bay of Fundy within 15 minutes. We are a 4 minute drive to the Annapolis Valley Exhibition grounds. With so many beaches, wineries, orchards, restaurants, trails and waterways nearby - you won't run out of things to do! Enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises over the North Mountain, and if you're lucky a sighting of the deer that frequent the property. After a busy day spent exploring the valley, enjoy gazing up at the milky way (star gazing is incredible here with some of the darkest skies in North America) next to a crackling campfire. Fall asleep to the sounds of our brooks' gentle burbling, and coyotes howling in the distance. Each campsite has it's own firepit and picnic table . There is a shared XL sparkling clean portable toilet with solar lights for night-time access. Walk across our babbling brook to enjoy a rustic, hot shower in the woods. For those of you not looking to venture too far afield, there we have walking trails throughout the property, trout fishing in one of our brooks, and a tiny swimming hole if you'd like to take a dip. This 3.5 acres of woodlot, situated in "Cottage Country" Nova Scotia is home to my canvas wall tent and a couple of sites for pitching a tent. The tent is cozy and has a woodstove for 4 season enjoyment, mattresses for single or double bed configuration. This is part of "Cottage Country" and there are plenty of trails to hike or ski. There is lake access, but it isn't a great lake for swimming.
