we are selfsustainable 10 acre farm utilizing solar heat/power ,we grow about 80 % of our food , farm is fenced with amazing views of cowichan valley. .we have chickens , great pyreness mountain dogs , peacocks , asshole cat , bears , cougar and elk living on farm or visiting often . we are located between three communities within 1km of transit , 10 minutes from bc ferry terminal,dozens of hiking and biking trails .We have bike and river tube rentals on site .we also sell fresh daily eggs ,seasonal produce ,and several other products on farm to our visitorsthis is a isolated property on top of mount sicker with a outhouse / shower. amazing views of Mount Baker in USA to Whistler on the mainland an the gulf islands it is not accessible by standard vehicle 4x4 only or you must hike up a 1000 ft long driveway to get to it .Property has access to local mountain trails and swimming hole is walking distance to river, transit 1km from farm .Farm animals peacocks, ducks ,tent site will be designated by host in open areas ,this is a functioning farm not a petting zoo animals are friendly but must e respected gates and doors closed at all times
