Nestled between two streams, with a deck overlooking a pond, you can immerse yourself in the sounds of the forest and flowing water. Inside, you'll find gorgeous amenities that will accommodate long stays and a dedicated space for those on a working holiday. A true oasis for lovers, tranquil setting for writers, and a refuge for nature seekers. Property Information: • 20 acres at the end of a 1km long driveway. (a curvy, gravel surface, steep in areas but fine access for most vehicles) • Surrounded by nature • 5 minute drive from Kootenay Lake • 20 minute walk to nearest beach • 10 minute drive to gas/groceries • 1 hour drive from Creston • 15 drive from kootenay lake ferry • Abundant wildlife, birds, etc. • numerous short mountain hikes on property IMPORTANT: to get to our property, you'll be driving on gravel roads for about 6 or 7 minutes. It's very remote. The driveway itself is 1 Km long, and it's quite slow going in places.
