Private dock on the Withlacoochee River backwaters access Rainbow River and Lake Rousseau from house by boat. Community boat ramp 3 doors down. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths each has it’s own walk out deck. Definitely worth a stay

Super peaceful and will definitely be back. Great communication with Matt. Place was clean and homey. It was a little less private than I had originally thought, however, there’s nothing but privacy on the dock and on the water.
