A quiet neighborhood with an alpine feel, just minutes from Georgetown Lake and forest trails for boating, paddling, hiking, biking and more! Enjoy the fresh mountain air, pine trees galore and local wildlife on this peaceful parcel. The friendly towns of Anaconda and Philipsburg are both within 20 minutes drive.Park your RV(s) or tiny home in your own corner of the woods! Large double space can accommodate a second smaller RV or vehicle. Listen to the birds and if you're lucky, catch the resident moose and owls that frequent the area! The property is shared but nicely spread out with a main home, guest apartment and 2 other RV sites. A privacy fence blocks views from the other units (for one RV, second RV would not have privacy) Shared firepit and BBQ grill available, guests are responsible for cleaning after use. One or two quiet, well-behaved dogs allowed. They must be attended while outside and friendly with other dogs/people. The property is fully fenced, however, the front gate is left open for guests to come and go.

Kerie was great. So easy to communicate with. It was a great little home base at night after daytime adventures. Lovely location.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Quiet
26 ft travel trailer
We very much enjoyed staying on Kerie's property. The location was beautiful, peaceful and quiet. However, I would highly recommend avoiding the route on MT 1 through Philipsburg, especially if you are towing a trailer, like we were. The road becomes uncomfortably narrow and the switchbacks, high-up in the heavens are death-defying! Plus you have to drive quite a long distance on dirt roads to get to the site. We left the opposite way on MT 1, through Anaconda, and it was a million times better...far less stress! Evergreen Circle is a very long and private site, and it is right at the entrance to the property. You have to drive by it, swing wide into the lawn to get a good right turn in so the hook-ups are on the driver's side. It is very cute, but the "bend" in the half-circle was a little short and narrow for our truck to get a wide-enough pull through. Tree branches gently swiped the side of the trailer at that point and where we stopped, we weren't able to use our awning. I think if we would've pulled the trailer in further, then parked our tow vehicle around back, we could've used our awning by the picnic table area. There is a dump location at the site next to Evergreen Circle that can also be tricky getting to. If someone is in that site (no one was for us), you'd have to figure out how to share. Overall, we really liked Kerie's and would gladly return again, now that we know the best way to get there and how to maneuver our trailer on her property!

Excellent location with room!

This property is located beautiful off of Georgetown Lake. Excellent for an even walk and close enough to the lake and other fun just between Anaconda and Philipsburg. Kerie was accommodating and provided responsive communication. Thank you!
