Welcome to our private 4-acre lot, adorned with a multitude of mature trees and shrubs. The lot is mostly flat, with a ridge on the north end. The driveway/parking pad provides an excellent area to park your trailer/campervan. Whether you prefer to revel in the seclusion of the property or embark on a leisurely stroll to Tait's Island along the shores of Lake Manitouwabing, the choice is yours. Come and experience peace and serenity. Conveniently located: 15 minutes from Hwy 400 20 minutes to Parry Sound, ON 10 minutes to McKellar, ONPrivate off-grid RV/Trailer/Car parking covered by a canopy of mature trees. The crushed rock/ gravel driveway extends into the middle of the lot making for a great secluded area to place a table, lawn chairs or a hammock. ____________ *** December to April Use*** Winter campers be advised that the site is not always accessible by car in the winter. Weather conditions can change at a moment's notice to camping on site should only be attempted by those with appropriate gear and who can walk at least 50m through snow. -------------- The driveway mouth is about 15-feet wide and can handle most vehicles and trailers as long as they are backed in.
