Our cozy cabin is found right next to a live creek that flows through the picturesque property. Discover serenity in a cozy cabin perfectly situated beside a lively creek. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of flowing water as you wake up to the breathtaking scenery of this picturesque property. The interior is beautifully furnished with a queen sized bed, a seating area, fire pit, Muskoka chairs and small deck. And stay warm by the small wood burning fireplace. We provide you with all your bedding, blankets and towels. This is an off-grid experience, but we provide you with battery lights and a battery pack to charge your phone. The outdoor kitchen is closed for the season, and a smaller indoor kitchen is available for you to use. In our home's basement, we have set up a comfort station with a hot plate, microwave, tea kettle, mini fridge and kitchen prep area. There is also a couch for you to enjoy your meal at. The house is a short walk from the cabin. In addition, your own private washroom facilities are located in the basement. Many of the comforts of home are provided for your "Glamping" experience but please make sure you are prepared to stay in the great outdoors. We encourage bringing extra blankets, warm clothes, flashlights and other items you might need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Please be aware of the weather and plan to dress accordingly. You should also note, there is no wifi and minimal cell service. For evening fires, we have wood bundles for purchase onsite. And feel free to reach out with any questions on how to best prepare for your time with us.

I have stayed at this location twice now and have made ever lasting memories. Amazing and friendly people, gorgeous land, and so many amenities to comfort your stay! If you’re planning on camping in the area I 100% recommend staying here.

My husband and I had a great time at Katie’s place! The property is beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were clean. The tents weren’t as far apart as I thought, it was a hard to tell in the photos, but the other campers were respectful and quiet so it was fine. My favourite part was the creek! It was lovely to just float in. And there are some great hikes close by, my favorite was Gut Conservation Area, there was a beautiful waterfall there! The tent was spacious and cozy, and even withstood a huge storm our first night. It had a some mildew which concerned me but it’s the end of the summer so I totally understand. Overall, we loved this spot and had a fun time! Thank you Katie for everything.

I stayed at the Blue Jay Glamping tent with my husband for two days, and it was such a great experience! Katie was quick to respond and made everything easy. The place is beautiful and super relaxing, exactly what we needed for a getaway. The tent was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for glamping. We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back!

Very nice stay. Highly recommended! We stayed 4 nights and most of the time the campground was just for us, but also when there were other people it was very private and cool. Nice activities around as well.
