Looking to visit Dover and would like a safe, private area with some nice ocean views to park your vehicle for the night at a low cost? This is the place for you! The property is in the quiet little residential outskirts of Dover, with ocean views, a golf course and ocean access close by. There is a limited amount of flat area at the front of the property to park your vehicle. There is a lockable gate at the entrance to give you extra security with your vehicle. ***Please note that there are no toilets, water or power on this vacant block of Land.*** ***Additionally, there are no bins on the property, so you will need to take away everything you bring :) *** ***There are sheep grazing on this property so please keep the gate shut after use :) ***Area in the immediate vicinity of entry through the front gate (within 20 metres) For large Vehicles, I would recommend parking straight in front of the gate inside the property, quite flat, very slight angle. for smaller vehicles, you may drive where you see fit, I would not recommend entering or crossing the gully on the property. ***Large caravans would not suit this property as there is limited turning space*** ***RV's/fully self contained vans and smaller self contained caravans ideal***
