Enjoy your own private lakefront escape on Tanwax Lake with your own large private dock to boat, fish, kayak or swim from. The property is setup with the ability to accommodate 2 recreational vehicles with full hook ups (power, water, sewer). Or bring a tent(s) and use the fully plumbed outdoor restroom including a toilet, urinal and sink. We have a couple of Kayaks and a paddle boat that you are free to enjoy. At night, enjoy a campfire and smores at the firepit. Besides enjoying the lake, the property is minutes from Northwest Trek Wildlife Zoo or about 45 minutes to Mount Rainier National Park. Both the towns of Eatonville and Graham are about 10 minutes away which have restaurants and stores. PLEASE NOTE FOR WINTER BOOKINGS: November through February RV only camping is available. Fresh water and outdoor restroom will not be available due to winterization. There are 2 different locations for RV hookups on the property. One is along the property edge and the other is in the middle of the property. The property has some natural sloping so the RV spots are not perfectly flat and level. Depending on your door position and how you park them there may be a large step down to the ground. Note: The boat lift next to the dock and the shed is not available for use.

Amazing experience.
28 ft travel trailer · With pets
This is an amazing place to visit. The host Joel is awesome and keeps a very clean property. It was the perfect getaway for our family. I would love to make this a yearly visit. I have nothing negative to say about our trip other then it was over to quick. The dock is beautiful and the fire pit down by the lake was the perfect spot to relax. The onsite bathroom is super clean.

This was by far the best camp site we have ever stayed at. Perfect private campsite for our family and dogs. Joel was an amazing host and was spot on with all communication.

Camping lake side was so good!
32 ft Class A · With pets
From the start, we could not believe how great the spot was. The location was so cool. Having coffee in the morning, watching the water lilies open up, then at dusk, watching them close again was magical. The dock went out to the lake, and it was so much fun sitting there watching the fishermen come in and hearing them chat about what was biting and what was not. Having an extra bathroom was great too, since our RV only has one. We camped there with a Class A Open Road 32ft and got it leveled out. There was room for our jeep. We ate outside every night and enjoyed seeing an eagle hunt for his dinner. We did not want to leave; it was such a great spot. This was our first time using Hipcamp, and now we are hooked after this great find! Joel was great and had all the info we needed to get in and out of the space.
